Seriosly, I wish I would have came here sooner; I finally gave in to Lemon's nagging XD NA gives you the 'freedom' that usually you can't get on other places for the sheer fact of Naruto is a growing universe. Besides that, it has very positive RL uses for what you do here since it improves your creativness and writing skills. Sometimes it feels like work to write a long post, but it gets really fun once you go in depth. I usually just stick to the 'plotline' since I don't know what to say in the General Chat, ect. so that I don't seem like I'm spamming / sound stupid. People? Yes, some of our family we don't like and avoid them, but we eventually see them again so there's no use running. But others (few close ones) are just fun to talk to and be around. Cntr? No real interaction with him except when 5.0 started but that was pure questioning- I figure he's too busy for the random 'drop in convorsation' (Yes, you know who you are that I tried that on ). But c'mon he pays the bills and fixes the baord when we go 'WTF is going on'. I imagine he gets the messages: "OMFG CNTR WHY IS TEH BOARD BEIN' STUPID!" Yet he hasn't gone postal on us...yet.

XD Anywho- At least Nappers is being honest for what he's doing. He moniters everything, the last time I checked, cold remarks at the person regarless on how long they were here, was accepted. Now, of course there is a limit, which is why Nappers gagged himself (to my belief), we all have ideas, but spending some time re-working at your creation so it makes sense would show care in what you do. I've had my 'bad creations' and 'stubborness for trying to make something that is extreamly hard to work with and keep at it, though it makes little sense' (which also involved Nappers at a part in time o.O) I can see in Nappers anger what he was really saying: "I'm sorry, but this doesn't make sense, maybe if you re-do it and make it long enough to grasp the concept, then maybe I'll look at it and give some advice. But what you have made, is a brain storming session; yet to be worked out. Don't remind us of it, or continue with it unless someone other than you can understnad how it works!" Note: It's not sucking up, I'm defending a friend.

I agree with Nappers, we need to progress things RP wise in order to get any where in the plot. I beleive what Ryuu is doing for Konoha has been very out of the ordinary to say the least but with all of the rp'ing it developed the plot for Konoha at least. I know that mind mind is slim due to only seeing what is happening in Konoha, but if we put the amount of effort in rp'ing our own villages sotry, then we could get some where. Heck, I can even see an acual war at the gates of Kumo, a struggle of some sort with multiple resistance members from the various villages or even Kumo discovering something vital pretaining to the secrecy of the Resistance. Something that would happen that would be meaningful and not just a mission gathering information all the time.

I have realized that the original justu that I submitted was mistaken by a certain rule of effects that I have encountered. I realized that I had not placed in the cost for the effect and it was not caught by myself or mods. So, I'm putting this one back up, without the effect. It sounds like a variation of the 'Merciful' Skill There may be a small idfference but they are very similar. Your's has the restiction of 'You may not take a mission involving assasinations', which that alone would limit your higher level missions. While with 'Merciful', you may take that mission but you can't kill a PC. Your's is very general in that situation, or it can be very strict and say absoluty no killing. In the end, they are vitually the same skill with some extra details. This would be very advised against since it limits your missions and in these times in the plot, killing is inevitable in RPing and possibly against PCs.

Pan is almost always on; he doesn't sleep- the only time is when he's on the verge of death...or a 'fortnight'- have I said too much already? Anywhoo- Pan is one of the most stubborn people I've ever known. If you say "it's the only way" he won't do it. Or he will but once he's out of the situation so much chaos will happen No one will stop him.
