Skills such as “Successful” are not applied to funds gained in this way. The target must have at least $50 or this technique fails. Description: A quick technique in which the user momentarily distracts their target with the power of Genjutsu, and rifles through their pockets in order to liberate a few coins. The Genjutsu used is weak, and only afford a few seconds in which to act. Points: 1 I do plan on making evolved versions but I wanted to see what people thought of the concept first.
