When inscribing jutsu using the Scribe skill it costs two less posts to a minimum of one. It can only be inscribed with Lightning Release Jutsu. Description: This katana has a black hilt that flows into a silver guard of a wolf and a dragon in an eternal circle. The blade is made of black steel with seven silver runes running up the center on either side. The runes glow either emerald or scarlet when charged. Hunters in the Storm Timber Wolf Lightning Among the various clans who offer contracts for summoning few are as picky and critical as Arashi. They are known to be stuck up and theirs values don't often line up with the shinobi way. Still they watch and wait for those worthy of their strength. Among the Kuromatsu you can find a tablet that outlines what the Arashi like in an individual; Honor brings you into the sights as they keep watchful eye over all in the Village Hidden in the Clouds. Resolve brings contact and the beginning of trust. Loyalty brings the final step to being one with the pack. To fulfill the oath grants the attention of Jikan. Once she truly sees you she will regard you as her own. To rise as a supreme power grants the attention of Uchu. To earn Uchu's gaze will allow you to learn his special techniques. The clan makes its home deep in the mountains surrounding Kumogakure in caves and pine forest deeply saturated with lightning Chakra. Though they are still carnivorous they prefer a healthy diet of pure lightning. The storms in the mountains generally help them feed and help build the resistance of the young. After many years of the diet and traversing the mountains the elders become more lightning than wolf in appearance. Description: A variation of the Body Flicker technique developed by Kumogakure for use by their shinobi, the Rai Shunshin is used to rapidly cross distances and in turn weave lightning element chakra into another technique to amplify its destructive capabilities. All before they have a chance to react. To further confound the enemy, the user's approach is masked by the sounds of the crackling electricity, with no discernable source.
