Red Banshee’s Mask Armour Type: Mask Placement: Head Attributes: Unique (両50) Special Abilities: Psychosonic Regulators Effect: [Sound] Ninjutsu used while this item is equipped are considered [Seal-Less]. When the wearer inflicts the status effect ‘Deafened’, its duration is extended by one turn. This may not cause ‘Deafened’ to break turn limits. Cost: 両 Description: The Red Banshee’s Mask is a potent ninja tool commissioned by Nakayama Madoka, painstakingly crafted from the finest materials. Fashioned in the likeness of ancient banshee legends, which told of ghosts from beyond the veil marking those whose lives were about to end. Designed to obscure the wearer’s identity, the item also carries chakra enhancers to increase the power and speed of the user’s sound Ninjutsu, molding their chakra for them and removing the need for hand-seals. In addition, the mask’s amplifiers are also able to synchronize the user’s voice with their techniques, potentially turning every word into a screaming promise of death. Cost: 両TBD Pricing Theory: Sound to Seal-Less: I predict the knee-jerk on this is going to be strong, but this effect does exist on other items. On those items it is a weapon special ability, and it effectively neuters that weapon offensively. This is armour so I can't make the same concession there, but I can specify that it only works with Sound Ninjutsu instead of every Ninjutsu and Genjutsu under the sun. Armour is also cheaper to destroy than weapons CP wise, so it's more vulnerable than weapons when it comes to destruction effects.
