Desert Suspension | Sabaku Fuyū | 砂漠浮遊 Type: Ninjutsu [Sand | Hijutsu; Sunagakure] Rank: Chuunin Cost: 150 Chakra Effect: This technique creates a ‘Cloud of Sand’ with 100 Health. While this technique is active, the target is immune to all terrain effects. This technique remains active until the ‘Cloud of Sand’ is destroyed. When calculating chance to hit, the ‘Cloud of Sand’ is considered to have Evasion equal to 25% of the User and responds to attacked aimed at it in the Target's Response Phase. This technique can be used 2 times per battle. Role Play Effect: When traveling alone, this technique reduces the user’s Travel Post Requirement by 25%. When traveling with up to 2 characters, including the user, this technique reduces Travel Post requirements by 15%. Description: This technique uses chakra-enhanced sand to support the shinobi’s own weight and float in mid-air and to use as a method of transportation if needed. By increasing the size of the platform the ninja can transport others along with them or even grant someone else their own platform of sand to fly on.
