Skill Name: Silent Homicide Fighting Style Bloodline: No, need my permission to learn Description: A fighting style used by assassins and those that fight using stealth and ghost tactics. The main focuses of the style are to strike fast, swiftly, and silently. You attack your opponent and then escape and then attack again. Doing this over and over until you have defeated the foe. Masters of the Silent Homocide Fighting Style have been said to be able to kill groups of people in close quarters without making as much as a sound. But even though he dodged the attack he felt the force of the attack go past him. Either he never used this attack in their last battle or he had gotten stronger. " Very good. That attack had great power in it. If it had hit me I would have been seriously injured. But massive attacks are of no use if you can't hit the target.” Gensai then focused on Takumi's eyes. They seemed different, more powerful. " Tell me have you improved your Byukagen. Your eyes look somewhat more powerful than they did last time. Even if they haven't I'm gonna have a hard time hitting you. So the only way I'm gonna get a solid hit on you is if I slow you down. And I have just the plan.” The Nara ninja then performed a set of hand seals. And seconds later their was a few inches of water on the ground. " Geomancy: Water Style.” Name: Geomancy (Water) Type: Ninjutsu Rank: Gennin Cost: 40 + 10 upkeep/turn, Effect: Terrain is changed to water, everyone on the field must also pay five chakra every turn so that they are standing on thw water. If you do not pay the chakra you will sink into the water and your evasion is reduced by 10 ( not % ) Description: After performing the handsigns this technique causes water to seep out of the ground from sources such as underground rivers. The water will only rise to about three inches. This jutsu is used for providing a supply of water for water type jutsu and weapons that need a source of water. Gensai then pulled up his sleeve and revealed his custom weapon the Baika Chuzen wrist bow. weapon name: wrist mounted dart launcher weapon size: small weapon kind: bow weapon level: 5 special: none attributes: - Indestructable= your weapon is finely crafted and indestructable. -Hidden= your weapon is made too be hidden within your clothing or as a package so others do not notice. -unique= creator decides who can have this weapon. description: The dart launcher is a very dangerous weapon in the hands of a skilled user. Is is essintialy six metal rotating barrels that fire different types of 4 and a half inch long darts. The darts are propelled by a very strong spring. The spring is activated by a pull string that is located at the base of the barrels. This weapon was crafted by a very talented weaponforger so it is indestructable. The dart launcher is attached to a cloth bracer that is worn around either the left or right wrist. Attached to the cloth bracer are ten small circular rings that can hold one dart each. The dart launcher was also crafted so that it could easily be hidden by the user's sleeves. " I never showed you this weapon in our last battle. How do you like it I made it my self.” The Nara ninja then took a dart out of the weapons barrels and replaced it with another dart that was in his Baika Chuzen dart pouch. "I have gotten stronger Gensai...and you have gotten faster. This will make it hard for me again but I will give it my all!" Suddenly, water appeared from no where engulfing the forest floor where they stood. Takumi focused chakra into his feet and he was raised above the water and stood there. He still found it difficult to find Gensai through the mist. The Byakugan scouted the mist and saw a figure there. There was something odd there that stood out. He had purposly shown Takumi his weapon for just a second before he faded back into the mist. A deadly one indeed. "That looks very dangerous, and I can see that you are becoming quite the assassin!" Takumi refound the shadow of Gensai and a familure whitre arua surrounded his fists. Takumi powered up his fists with chakra, the only thing he could do last time. On the water, he sprinted to the shadow and aimed a punch to Gensai and then a follow up punch to his stomach. ((20 chakra being used)) damage-15+10+40-15=50 acc- 20% Loss hp-0 cha-36 stam-2 ((does tha chakra apply per attack or per turn? in this case, does two punches count to two attacks or one since it's only one turn?)) ( Using counter sacrifice skill. ) Gensai stood where he was using his chakra to float on the water and aimed his weapon. Takumi got in range and hit him in the face and then in the stomach. The first one hurt the most because he could feel the chakra from the Hyuuga fighting style going through his brain. It made him slightly dizzy then the second one hit and went through his stomach. Gensai coughed up a little blood. Those attacks really hurt but it would be worth it. The Nara ninja took aim at the water beneath Takumi and pulled the string on his custom weapon. The dart fired and landed in the water right beneath him. Gensai then jumped backwards to avoid what would happen next. name: paralyzing mist darts damage: mist deals 10 damage ( nothing increases or decreases the damage of the mist) and paralyzes the target for two posts. description: 4 and a half inch long darts used by the dart launcher. These darts look like normal darts except for the tips, the tips are dulled so that they are lobbed ( you know like a grenade) by the dart launcher, because of this they can not be fired directly at foes. At the bottom of the dart is a special wax seal that dissolves in water. Inside the darts is a special powder that when it hits water it turns into a mist that burns the skin and enters into the skin paralyzing the muscles. Opponents who are wearing full body suits are not harmed by these darts. For the darts to be affective they must be fired into a decent size source of water ( stream, river, lake, pond, etc). The ninja landed and smiled as he looked at Takumi. " Sorry to use such underhanded tricks but that mist will burn a little and then paralyzes you for quit some time." He wan't fast enough and was hit in the chest, arms and his left leg. All of a sudden, a burning sensation erupted in those places on his body. He found out that he was immobile and couldn't act on a full offence. He could move slightly but not to the extemt to target Gensai for an assult. Name: Fire Type-Talon of the Phoenix(Katon-Tsume no Fenikkusu) Level 1 Type: Ninjutsu/Taijutsu Rank: Gennin Cost: 30 chakra/70 stamina Damage: 60 Effects: Add 50% of the ninjutsu modifier, 50% of the taijutsu modifier, and 50% of the accuracy modifier to this attacks damage. If used without the Sharingan or Byakugan activated you lose your response phase if this attack misses. Description: A very powerful technique developed by Uchiha Mizujin, it is based partially off of the Chidori. The user grabs onto their dominant hand with their non dominant one, and focuses chakra into it. The chakra can be seen as a flaming red aura. This chakra is all quickly focused in the users hand as he vanishes in a blur of speed, then proceeds to attack the opponent at their vital points. Gensai then rushed towards Takumi. " This hand of mine glows with an awsome power it's load roar tells me to defeat you! However, they tend to overlook precise chakra ratios and needlessly waste chakra. Special: (Overload) If taken with Ironbound, then the increased cost of all jutsus is lowered by the amount it would be raised per a rank, without stacking. ----------------------------------------- Rank 1 Effects: Character gains an additional jutsu slot whenever a level is gained. Ratio is 1:1. Cost of all jutsus is increased by 10. Cost: -1 ----------------------------------------- Rank 2 Effects: Characters gains three additional jutsu slots whenever two levels are gained. Gensai then reached behind his back and pulled out two kunai. " Now how will you dodge this." Still hidden in the mist Gensai threw a kunai and then a second one hidden in the shadow of the first. Shadow Shuriken Skill (Kage Shuriken no Jutsu) Type: Taijutsu Rank: Gennin Cost: 30 stamina Effect: You throw two small ranged weapons of the exact same type. ie. 2 shuriken/ 2 kunai, etc. The first one is dodged regularly, and then the second one is dodged as if the user's accuracy was doubled. Description: A simple but often affective technique. When throwing a Shuriken, another Shuriken is underneath hiding in the shadow. The enemy will concentrate on the real one and not see the one in the shadow. accuracy for first kunai: 60% + 60% accuracy bonus - 30 % = 90% chance to hit accuracy for second kunai: 60% + 120 accuracy bonus - 30% = 90% ( can't go higher than 90% ) ( You will have to add the dodging bonuses with your Byukagen. Name: Divine Tenketsu Releasing Technique (Hakkeshou: Houshutsu Tenketsu no Jutsu) Type: Ninjutsu Rank: Gennin Cost: 10% of Total Chakra Damage: N/A Effects: Character must have Byakugan open. Used during the Response Phase, it negates the effects and damage of any RANGED Taijutsu or Ninjutsu technique that is of lesser or equal Ninja Rank to your own. Genin may only use it THREE times per battle. Description: A Ninjutsu technique used in conjunction with Byakugan Eyes where the ninja expels chakra from every one of their tenketsu, effectively repelling any type of ranged attack moments before it would connect with them. This is the basic technique upon which the Kaiten improves upon, by which time the Chunnin has fully controlled the precise moment they can release their tenketsu. Requirements: Byakugan Sight Rank 1 ----------------------------------------- A blinding flash forced the kunai into submission and the fell to the forest floor. The Nara ninja jumped backwards to get some room to think. After a plan came to mind Gensai ran through the mist towards Takumi. Gensai attacked with an upper cut to his chin then while he was in mid air attacked with a drop kick to Takumi's cheast. dammage for both attacks: 50 for each accuracy: 90% loss tag hp -0 chakra - 1 ( edited in chakra regeneration ) stamina - 2 Quote

The Byakugan saw it coming and he spun around, letting Gensai pass him. Takumis fists began to glow as he attempted to hit his nimble foe. Azure Posted June 9, 2006 Posted June 9, 2006 Takumi saw the attacks that were aimed at him. He saw it as a threat to himseld, if he couldn't do anything, he would be done for. He wouyld have a slim chance of dodging his speedy foe and decided to not take that chance but rather withstand the attack. Takumi saw a near perfect kick aimed at him, he moved a tad to the right. Instead of hiting his chest, it hit his arm and while he avoided major damage he would be hurt from that. He then saw a roundhous at his shoulder. Takumi lifted his foot and took a samll step backwards, avoiding most of the force, but the kick nicked his shoulder. The taste of blood filled Gensai's mouth as the HYuugas chakra tore through his insides. " You have gotten better. You and me will be rivals for a long time." The young Nara ninja still hidden in his wonderful mist charged Takumi with a punch to his throat and then a knee slam to his stomach. Being almost out of strength to go on, he only had one option to continue this fight and possibly win. It all came down to what he idd next. "Yes we will be rivals Gensai! You have taught me that speed in an imoportant asset to a fight. I shall train my self later, but now it all comes down to this!" Takumi yelled as he attempted to avoid the attacks, to minimze the damage donw to him. Name: Kaisen Hikigane (Itch Trigger Technique) Type: Taijutsu Rank: Gennin Cost: X - 5 Stamina (X being the cost of the incoming attack) Effect: Replaces Response Phase dodge roll. Damage that would be dealt to the user from the incoming attack is reduced by 25%. This cannot be used in response to Genjutsu. User gains the status of Ready until the end of their next turn. If the Byakugan is open, then this technique reduces the damage by 50%. Requirements: Hyuuga Clan Specific; Used during the Response Phase. Cannot be used against Genjutsu. He was very warn out but with the little energy he had left, he went for a hit on Gensai, it was win or loose time and determination spread like fire inside of him. There were two points that would render Gensai and if he could hit just one of them he would be the victor, it was unliky but possible. Likewise, if he missed both of them, he would be open to attack and not even that avoiding technique could save him then. He aimed a palm thrust square at his chest and to follow it up, an elbow to the neck. The young Nara felt the chakra go through him taking away his last bit of strength. Even after that last hit he saw the elbow attack coming towards his throat. Using the force of Takumi's last attack he flung himself backwards but because he had no strength left he hit the ground with a hard thud. Gensai layed on the ground and stared up into the sky at the clouds. " Now the score is 1 to 1." Using more force of will than strength Gensai got up and sat on the ground cross legged. The Nara ninja gestured his Hyuuga friend to sit down. " Come on sit. You may have beat me but I know you are tired." Gensai exhaled deeply and enjoyed feeling the cool air come into his lungs. " We should train together sometime. I think that we could acomplish a lot if we edged eachother on." Quote
