Within a split hundredth second, Tsubasa reaches the opponent and presses against the chest of his opponent stunningly, with strikes of lightning coming from the clouds above and hitting the enemy with great damage of the lightning element. Jutsu Points Needed: 4 ______________________________________________________________________ ___ Name: Fire of the 8 Trigrams, Li Palm Type: Ninjutsu/ Taijutsu (Fire Element) Rank: Genin Cost: 30 chakra, 24 stamina Damage: 30 Effect: Opponent if now burned for one turn if this connects Description: Tsubasa will do the Dragon, Snake, Rooster, Horse and Dog handsigns. From the skies, erupts down flames of fireballs which surrounds his left palm. Tsubasa will charge forward and leap behind his opponent before giving a powerful strike from behind. Jutsu Points Needed: 4 ______________________________________________________________________ __ Name: Marsh of the 8 Trigrams, Dui Palm Type: Ninjutsu/ Taijutsu (Grass/ Wood Element & Medical) Rank: Genin Cost: 30 chakra, 8 stamina Damage: 10 Effect: Adds back 30 health to user Description: The illusion of the 'Tree of Life' will appear from behind Tsubasa's back, illuminating it's fruits of essence. Tsubasa will gather it's immortality essence and charges forward and give out a very flexible life absorbing palm. Jutsu Points Needed: 3 ______________________________________________________________________ __ Name: Mountain of the 8 Trigram, Gen Palm Type: Ninjutsu/ Taijutsu (Sand Element) Rank: Genin Cost: 15 stamina, 15 chakra Damage: 5 Effect: If this connects, the opponent if prone for 1 turn Description: As Tsubasa jumps with a formidable spring, he lands right above the opponent's head and strikes a right palm. As the force passes through the opponent's head to his soles, the earth shakes as Mountains erupts out, blocking majority of the opponent's view and way Jutsu Points Needed: 3 ______________________________________________________________________ ___ Name: Water of the 8 Trigrams, Kan Palm Type: Ninjutsu/ Taijutsu (Water Element) Rank: Genin Cost: 8 stamina, 30 chakra Damage: 10 Effect: If this connects, the opponent if confused for 1 turn Description: Tsubasa does the handsigns Rat, Tiger, Dragon, Horse, Monkey, and finally Boar. The battle arena erupts out a stream of geyser as the clouds blasted out a single whirlpool down and links together to the exact position of Tsubasa's right palm. Tsubasa rushes forward and slams down the palm into his opponent's belly with great force Jutsu Points needed: 3 ______________________________________________________________________ _____ Name: Cloud of the 8 Trigrams, Xun Palm Type: Ninjutsu/ Taijutsu (Cloud Element) Rank: Genin Cost: 4 stamina, 15 chakra Damage: 5 Effect: If this connects to the opponent, he is dealt with Impaired Hearing for 1 turn. Description. Tsubasa shouts forth for the God of Wind, as several clouds gather above the battle arena, whilst Tsubasa completes the pattern of Ox, Tiger, Hare, Dragon and Snake. Tsubasa charges forward again, whilst several clouds shoots down to the arena and gather around his right palm. Once the target is hit with Tsubasa's right palm, the wind will pass from his palm to the body of the opponent and twirls around for one turn, getting rid of all other noises and sound. Jutsu Points needed: 2 ______________________________________________________________________ ______ Name: Earth of the 8 Trigrams, Kun Palm Type: Ninjutsu/ Taijutsu (Earth Element) Rank: Genin Cost: 16 stamina, 20 chakra Damage: 20 Effect: If this connects, the opponent is deaf for 1 turn Description: Tsubasa does his another set of 5 handsigns, Tiger, Hare, Horse, Ram, and Dog. Within the instant, A crack appears in the ground as Tsubasa charges forward at his opponent. The crack follows Tsubasa with deafening noise. As Tsubasa hits his opponent with his right palm, the crack will reach entirely into the opponent and disable his ear drums for 1 turn Jutsu Points Needed: 3 ______________________________________________________________________ _______ Name: Heaven of the 8 Trigrams, Qhien Palm Type: Ninjutsu/ Taijutsu (Glass Element) Rank: Chuunin Cost: 66 stamina, 50 chakra Damage: 20 Effect: Full opening, for one turn [Eight Trigrams Palm] Description: As Tsubasa concentrates, he summons up the diagram of the Ba Gua. Being the final stance of the 8 Trigrams, the sky appears to swirl with rainbow colours. Tsubasa closes his eyes and zooms off calmly towards his opponent. Tsubasa reaches his opponent's back as he fakes for the left, before hitting a powerful palm. Tsubsaa will hit from the back of the opponent, mostly neck or spine.The opponent will be knocked out of his senses, as he gradually was inflicted by the heaven mystical swirl. Jutsu Points Needed: 4 _____________________________________________________________________ Name: Eight Trigrams Palm Type: Ninjutsu/ Taijutsu (Light Element) Rank: Chuunin Cost: 50 Chakra, 50 Stamina Damage: 25 Effect: This hybrid deals 200 damage, provided that the Li, Kan, Dui, Gen, Xun, Zhen, Kun, Qhien Palms hit the opponent previously in the same battle, and in the exact same chronological order. This jutsu can only be used once every battle. Description: Tsubasa does the following, Dragon, Snake, Hare, Boar, Rooster, Tiger, Ox, and finally Horse Handsigns. Each of the hand-signs creates the elementary palm, thus dealing Fire, Water, Wood, Mountain, Wind, Thunder, Earth, Heaven fragments power from the eight trigrams. This is the formula, Eight Trigram's last and final attack, commonly used to rid of villains, and protection. Exodus Posted September 13, 2006 Posted September 13, 2006 (edited) Alright, so I've familiarized myself with the whole Jutsu rules and such and am going to start providing help on these techniques. First of all, I want you to run this thing through a spell check, it'll stop the Mods/Admins from turning their heads when they see this. Anyways, The 1:1 Ratio is right for the technique but now that you've added an effect, especially one that apparently seals any of the opponent's techniques, that will definitely become costly if it is even accepted - That is up to the Mods and Admins at this point. For an effect like that, I would suggest lowering the cost to perhaps 20 or maybe 30, though you'd be pushing it a quite a bit. To get the amount of Jutsu Points needed for a technique, you take the cost of the technique and divide it by 20 (for Gennin, anyway). 60/20 = 3. 'Bumping' is simply what you did to your own topic; it's also known as 'double posting.' It's what people do to... bump, for lack of better word, a topic so that it becomes visible when browsing the main site. Only do so every 72 hours. Understand?

That's called a double post - When you post right after yourself basically. It is more than okay to post after someone else has replied, but basically the the 72-hour rule is so that you don't continously post to get peoples' attention. Do you get it?

This technique is eactly like: Five Part Seal (Goguoufuuin) Type: Sealing (Powerful) Rank: Sennin Cost: 400 Effect:s: Opponent cannot use target stat. This lasts until the seal is released using Five Part Seal Release (Goguoukaiin). The stat is treated as if it was 0, though you do not pass out if it is stamina/ chakra. Cannot target HP. Description: An elemental seal appears on each of the users fingers, one for each of the five elements (water, metal, earth, fire and wood). Upon contact with the target it disrupts their chakra flow, sealing it from further use; though this technique has been known to be used to seal other abilities. Points: 6 Note Type, Rank, Cost. Denied.

Sorry for interrupting. But isn't 5 JP a bit too much? Seeing that Raitei Shourai only has a max damage of 60, and chakra cost of 80. Where does the remaining points go?

This is different from Hyuuga's, as Hyuuga's ones are keen on chakra sealing and total number of punches. Mine's more on the concentrated single palm, so we couldn't put them together. I had checked the rules for hybrids. These should be ok. Sorry for causing unwanted trouble for you, nappers.
