On her waist, she wears a thick brown studded belt with large silver buckle. On her forarms she has the most distictive piece of clothing, the long sleeves. Thesw start at just above the elbow and finish just past her fingertips. These sleeves allow her to hide her assortment or kunai, shurikens, and needles, as well as allow her to preform seals without the enemy seeing them. On her legs she has a pair of palegeen and tan cargo style shorts. -Physical Description: Doente has got shoulder length black hair that falls into her eyes and usually likes to stick up in the back. Her skin is a light tan skin and has red eyes. Doente has no visable scars on her body since she tends to shy away from the physical type of fighting like taijutsu. When I was younger, I always looked forward to when my Aunt and Uncle would come around, which sadly wasn’t very often. You see, my father, Dirne Klein, had a falling out with his brother, Tod. This all happened long before me or my cousin Nanase were born. My father believed heavily in Ninjutsu, whereas my uncle always boasted about the power of Taijutsu. This rift lead my father to move out of Iwa and find a new beginning. Growing up away from Iwa at first was a boring… We lived in a small village; it was just one of those specks on the map that no one cared about. Being raised like this was nice to a point because you knew everybody in the village, and everybody knew you. Secrets in a place like this were basically non-existent. These are also the two main reasons that living in a place like this was so difficult. Everybody knew you, and you could never get away with anything because the truth always traveled faster than you. All in all though the town was very peaceful, and everyone lived happy. Slightly more than two years ago, my cousins started at the Iwa ninja academy. I had mixed emotions about this, I felt like I should be there as well, but I had responsibilities to my mother and the family that had to be taken care of first. Being the only child in the family, there were a lot of duties put on me especially when my father left the village for one thing or another. After Nanase graduated from the academy, she would come around every so often to spend time with me and the family. Usually these times were spent with her telling stories of the different types of training she has been through and what being a shinobi was all about. I knew I was really jealous about her getting to be a ninja and be being stuck at home, but there wasn’t much I could really do about it, so I tried to be really happy for her. As the months pasted, Nanase’s visits became more and more frequent and I finally found out why. It seems that my father was not the only who had a falling out with my Uncle Tod. My cousin being a ninja focused on ninjutsu just as my father had and Uncle Tod did not like this too much and he two had many fights over this very subject and Nanase used these trips to our house to cool down and collect herself. One day, this fight must have hit a climax because Nanase finally moved in with us full time. When she arrived she had none of her ninja gear what so ever, which I thought was kind of strange since she prided herself as a ninja and wore it everywhere. A few days later when she calmed down a bit, we learned why she was here and why all of her gear was missing, as it turned out, her father wanted to “protect” her and forced her to resign from active ninja duty. This pushed her over the edge and she finally left for good. That’s when it happened, Kumo’s invasion. It was just after supper time and we were all just hanging around the house and no one really wanted to go out of the house tonight because of the huge thunderstorm that was currently rolling through. It was just starting to get late and Nanase was trying to teach me about the clone technique since she noticed that I seemed to really like different types of genjutsu, when my mother came into the room with a letter and said it had just came for Nanase. I thought it was odd that someone would deliver a letter in a storm like this, so I figured it must have been important. That thought turned out to me the understatement of my life. Like a flash my cousin was gone. In her haste, she dropped the letter, and my curiosity got the better of me. When I read the letter, it told about Kimo’s invasion of earth country, and the mass slaughter in Iwa. It went on to describe how my uncle and other cousin fought bravely, but were slain in battle. This was the turning point for me, I wanted to train to be the best shinobi that I could and make Kimo pay for what they did to my family and to my country. That day training ceased to be an afternoon leisurely activity and became what I did everyday from dawn until dusk if I could. I trained my body, but mostly my mind. I wanted to become the best at genjutsu so that I could give my enemies the same kind of nightmares that they caused my family to relive every night. It was a few days later when Nanase came back wearing her ninja gear. She informed us about the details of what happened and of Kumo’s threats of no more ninjas. I could see in her eyes that she would definitely not be following their rules, and I know that neither would I. Everyday like clockwork my cousin would leave the house with one excuse or another and would come home later at night completely exhausted. We all knew what she was doing and I think we all also agreed on that it had to be done but we would never voice our ideas because we knew what would happen if what we were thinking ever got out to the NCIA, Nanase especially would be in trouble. When I was able to I would sneak out and try to spy on her when ever possible to see how a real shinobi trains. When I was successfully able to observe her, I would watch as she created brand new techniques that seem to consist of entirely earth and fire elements. When I saw this out, I redoubled me efforts to try and perfect the few techniques that knew from either Nanase telling me about, or from observing her train when I could. When I felt comfortable with the skills I now possessed, I tried to create some original techniques with limited to no success, but I am not giving up yet. I cannot wait until I can actually train with my cousin and get stronger. With this technique, the user is able to swap their body with a nearby object, usually a log, which will take the full force of any incoming blows for them, while they retreat to safe ground or search for an opening. Description: Upon being struck by this jutsu, the target can not move properly. This technique alters the brain. When the user tries to move on of their arms, their opposite leg will move instead. Also if the target tries walk or use their leg, theirs opposite arm will be moved. For example: When the target ninja tries to move their left arm, the brain will make their right leg move. When the target tries to move their left leg, their right arm will move. Description: This technique alters the brain. When the user tries to move, the brain will direct the signal to the wrong part of the targets body and thus a random muscle will move instead. For example: When the target ninja tries to move their left arm, their brain could send the signal to any other muscle in the body so there eye might twitch. The signal for each muscle is always rerouted to the same corresponding muscle. Doing this much switching of nervous system puts pressure on the brain causing slight damage to occur. Description: The battlefield appears to break open at the stone ninjas command and rivers of lava come rushing up to greet the opponent, forcing them to spend much of their attention dodging and avoiding the lava, making it harder to hit or avoid the ninja using the jutsu. Description: Using Genjutsu the Shinobi causes the opponent to feel the simulated effects that Sea Sickness gives people. Particularly useful against those weak of the mind and can cripple the strongest Taijutsu fighters. Description: The user, having fought against ninjutsu users her entire life, has noticed a common thread in most of her fights. She noticed that when she messed with certain parts of an opponent's brain while in battle, that their ninjutsu became less effective. Utilizing this information, the ninja tried to hone this effect and turn it into a true advantage on the battlefield. Eventually the creator of this technique realized that she would only be able to alter the brain for so long until the opponents brain overcame the genjutsu and made itself temporarily immune to this technique. Points: 4 Name: Kurakura Type: Genjutsu Rank: Chuunin Cost: 80 Damage: 50 Effect: Target is dizzy for one turn Description: Knowing from personal experience how hard it is to concentrate while dizzy, the user of this technique looks to capitalize on that. The user uses his or her chakra to produce a sense of vertigo, or rapid spinning in the opponent's mind. Points: 3 Yakujo Gekijin Type: Genjutsu Rank: Chuunin Cost: 120 Damage: 75 Effect: Target is Confused for 2 turns. Description: Molding chakra to do exactly what you want it to do is an art form that takes years to master, but only moment to mess up. The user aims disrupt the target at the key moment that they are trying to mold their chakra into a usable form. The user sends his or her chakra into the user's brain and it sits there waiting for the opponent to preform a technique, and when he or she does, it momentarily shows the target gruesome images either from the opponents past or made up if necessary. These illusions if timed right have the effect of distracting the user during key points of forming a technique that could have dangerous consequences for the target. Special: These sleeves flow past the user's hands and can easily obscure them from sight. When so being used, opponents cannot see what seals are being preformed or if the user is holding a small sized item. The sleeves have a special metal weave embedded into the fabric that is infused with chakra. This weave is designed to keep prying eyes away. The weave automatically distorts the outline of any object inside the sleeves including the user's arms and hands. The chakra infused wires also block vision that would normally see through solid objects. Description: These sleeves are normally light brown in color, but can be died any color, and at a distance look like ordinary clothing, but if someone where to look up close, they would see that there are tiny wires interwoven with the fabric. These wires have two purposes, first it more efficiently transfers chakra that has been molded into Genjutsu leave the user's body, and secondly it gives the whole garment strength, both to hold items, and to be very durable. Items are held, and attached on the inside of the sleeves so that they can be consealed from onlookers. Items of medium size and smaller can be held by the sleeves. Two sleeves come as a 'set'. The physical description is the look of your character like long jet black hair and green eyes that are always covered with his jet black silky hair. So your background is in first person. Hmm intresting so your character is telling a story or something? (It is cool just i don't see that a lot.) Also maybe put int he -basics- if you are either kumo or resistance. triva Posted September 26, 2006 Posted September 26, 2006 (edited) Well there are only two things wrong with it I see. One is you need to put your background into in second person mode. So you need to fix that. Also you have way too many skills. You are only allowed two points only. That’s means you can only have two skills only, or you can have one skill with two points on it. For starter for the skill I would start out with quick learner that is always good when trying to learn new tech. Just fix those little errors then you should be fine. If it came down to it, I would change it if neccessary, but if it is not needed, then I would raher keep it in first person.

Change your physical description to put the clothing in the clother area, etc. THe physical description should be rather short, it is a description of your body type and this is where you put if you have any scars, tatoos, piercings, etc.

It is not totally sealed, I just cant have it lover than 50% of my lowest non "advancement sealed" stat. and thank you for pointing out my spellings errors

Advancement Seal doesnt work like sealed Genjutsu/Ninjutsu. Advancement Seal means the stat needs to be Half or lower than any non advancement sealed stats. So since Tai and Stamina are 10 (both advancement sealed) the next lowest stat would need to be 20 or more, the lowest other stats he has are speed accuracy and evasion and All of them are 20. Character thereby meets the requirements of Advancement Seal.
