Hair Color: midnight black Eye Color: gold Clothing: Baggy fitting black pants, black sandals, a midnight black jacket that encompases his entire body, with a white shirt worn underneath that can only be seen when the jacket is open. Physical Description: Slender yet strong build, although not very muscular due to shirking his Taijutsu training. Living in the desert has given him a rich brown skin color. His hair, has grown to around shoulder length but has grown no less messy his eyes are now filled with spite but deep down inside there is a small sliver of sadness. His posture suggests someone who would kill you in a second. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ~History~ Background: Suzuke was born in the village of Suna. His parents were your normal every-day villagers, except for the fact that they were both Shinobi. Amisharo Kirina, his mother and Amisharo Dett, his father. Suzuke began to learn Ninjutsu as soon as he could talk; his parent's lullabies to him consisted of the different signs that made up Ninjutsu skills. One day when Suzuke was only 6 years old he had his first encounter with a ninja from another village. Suzuke met Shishimi a female Oto ninja that was traveling with her parents around the different nations. Suzuke and Shishimi decided to try out what they had both learned about Ninjutsu. Shishimi struck first with a Brown Note. Suzuke's head began to spin, he couldn't see, couldn't breathe, and couldn't stand. He fell to his knees or at least that's what it felt like, Suzuke began to panic he couldn't remember anything his parents had told him about blocking enemy Jutsu. He vomited and let the blackness take him. Suzuke awoke two days later in the local hospital. Suzuke spent another 3 days in recovery, his parents during this time told him Ninjutsu wasn't a toy and that Suzuke had learned the hard way. Ever since then Suzuke will never listen to music, and fears the sound Jutsu, however his parents did agree to teach him some medical Jutsu just to make sure he would stay safe. When Suzuke had finally recovered his parents decided to continue his training. Eight years later Kumo made its surprise attacks on the ninja villages, Suzuke and his family were called upon to help defend Suna during the Kumo invasion. Suzuke, Dett and Kirina fought hard but ultimately Suna fell. At first Kirina and Dett and Suzuke had resented the NCIA and strongly considered joining the Resistance. However after seeing what the NCIA did to stabilize the economy Kirina and Dett both swore their allegiance to the NCIA. Suzuke wanted to follow in his parents footsteps but the NCIA would not accept his application until he graduated from the ninja academy. Shortly there after Suzuke's parents enlisted him in the academy. Suzuke was amazed when he walked in the door on his first day, all the different Jutsu! There were children who knew how to manipulate fire, and water, and even lightning! As time passed Suzuke became even more talented in the arts of Wind Ninjutsu. However Suzuke wasn't satisfied with just Wind and Sand Jutsu. Suzuke would try his hardest to imitate other children's Jutsu but he couldn't make fire or lightning or cause water to follow his commands. One day the instructor explained to Suzuke that he could learn different village's jutsu but he would have to train very very hard. Suzuke vowed he would train as hard as he needed to learn the strange new Jutsus. Finally the day came that Suzuke had been waiting for all his life, exam day. Suzuke passed the exams with flying colors and immediately signed on with the NCIA with the hopes that they would help him to learn even more Ninjutsu. Suzuke promised himself someday he would know every Ninjutsu that existed. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ~Persona~ Personality: Suzuke is a kind hearted young man that always wants to do what's right, although he lets his fantasies of future glory run away with him he acts with a level head most of the time. Description: Having lived in Suna and being taught with sand jutsu the ninja is able to use such jutsu without the great effort normally required by this. Requirements: Suna Ninja. Cost: 0 Ranks: 1 Skill Name: Sealing Chakra: Tarot Deck Bloodline: No Description: The Tsuki-nin materializes their chakra, forcing it to take the shape of a deck of Tarot cards and places a permanent seal upon the newly created Charka Sealed Tarot Deck. Effect: Allows use of Luck Type, Tarot Jutsu. If a character has spent technique points on ninjutsu other than Tsuki those points are refunded but MUST be used to learn Tsuki ninjutsu or genjutsu. ANY Ninja who seals their chakra into a Tarot deck may not use ANY other ninjutsu or genjutsu other than Tsuki specific ninjutsu and genjutsu. You can still use the features of the thing you can become, e.g use the claws of a clawed animal, but not to the extent of if you were that thing. Damage: None Effects: Change your appearance. Name: Kawarimi no Jutsu (Body Substitute Technique) Type: Ninjutsu Rank: Academy Student Cost: 10 Description: A lifesaver, and a must-have technique. With this technique, the user is able to swap their body with a nearby object, usually a log, which will take the full force of any incoming blows for them, while they retreat to safe ground or search for an opening. You can only use this 3 times per battle. Damage: None Effects: Evade the next attack aimed at you. You are unable to attack the opponent the turn you use this. You can only use this 3 times per battle. This technique cannot be used to dodge Ninjutsu, Taijutsu or Genjutsu Techniques. Kuchiyose no Jutsu (Summoning Technique) Type: Ninjutsu Rank: Gennin (Summoning) Cost: x Chakra (depends on summon level, see summoning rules) Damage: N/A Effect:: Allows you to summon one animal. (See Summoning rules for more info). Requires the skill "Contract Manager" to preform. Description: Having signed a contract in blood, any ninja with this Ninjutsu technique can summon a beast, or beasts, from another plane of existence to use in battle. They must use their own blood as a "sacrifice" to summon them, after performing the hand seals corresponding with their animal and marking their point of summoning on the ground with both hands. Animals range from the famous Japanese Triad of the Toad, Snake, and Snail/Slug, to dogs, spiders, turtles, monkeys, and many more. Points: 4 (Erosion 1) Wind & Sand Jutsus Wind Blade (Kaze no Yaiba) Type: Ninjutsu (Wind) Rank: Gennin Cost: 40 Damage: 20 Jutsu Point Cost: 1 Effect:: A very hard to dodge and especially penetrating attack. +5% chance to hit with this attack. Description: A sword of wind that forces compressed air to cut through the target. Since it is so fast and hard to see it is hard to avoid, and the wind goes right through all defenses. Due to the tempermental nature of wind the blow only maintains enough force to be dangerous with ten feet though. Hurricane (Shippuu) Type: Ninjutsu (Wind) Rank: Gennin Cost: 20 Damage: 10 Jutsu Point Cost: 1 Effect: This ability leaves an opponent staggered for their next post, reducing Ninjutsu, Taijutsu and Speed by 20 when trying to hit with any ranged attacks or jutsus. Description: A flurry of wind surrounds the target, spinning them wildly and lifting them a bit off the ground before slamming them back down. It does little damage, but leaves their perception highly skewered and makes ranged attack difficult. Sand Slide Type: Ninjutsu (Sand) Rank: Gennin Cost: 40 Damage: 15 Effect:: Opponent is prone for one turn Description: By quickly manipulating sand to get under the opponent and not stop moving, the user of this jutsu attempts to make them lose balance and fall over. In addition to the difficulty to gain footing, the opponent must contend with constantly moving sand. Points: 2 Sand Type; Sand Erupt Type: Ninjutsu (Sand) Rank: Gennin Cost: 45 Damage: 30 Effect:s: Causes Impaired Eyesight for one turn. Description: Causing the sand hidden into the ground to erupt dealing minor damage along with sand getting into the eyes of the opponent slightly causing them to have reduced eyesight. Points: 3 Desert Coffin (Sabaku Kyuu) Type: Ninjutsu (Sand) Rank: Chuunin Cost: 120; 80 upkeep Damage: 20 Effect:: Opponent may attempt to break free every Response phase at the cost of 5% of their total Stamina OR Chakra; roll d100 + opponent's level - user's level. If roll is equal to 50 or greater, opponent breaks free. For every turn they are trapped inside within the Jutsu they are dealt 40 unmodified damage. The trapped may not do anything other than attempt to break free while trapped, and they may not be targetted by jutsu (enemy or ally) with the exception of Desert Graveyard. This jutsu may be disengaged in the set-up phase, but the user may not attack the target in the turn that they do so. Description: The hand of sand that strangles the life out of those unwary. This is one of the most diabolical jutsus in the wind ninjas arsenal and had best be avoided at all costs. Points: 4 (8) Armor of Sand: Rank 1(Suna no Yoroi) Type: Ninjutsu (Sand) Rank: Chuunin Cost: 120; 90 to repair. Effect:: Used in the Response Phase. Creates an Armour of Sand around the user with 150 health points. May prevent damage (not effects) from any non-Genjutsu attacks aimed at the user. If the health of the armour is reduced to 0 it may be repaired in the immediate set-up phase in the turn which it was broken for 90 Chakra; else they will have to pay the full intial cost when next used. May repair the Armor to full health points for the same repairation cost of 90 in the set-up phase. User may act in the turn as normal. Armor of Sand does not stack with one another. Description: The secret armor of the wind people. This armor is weaker than the shield or sphere of sand, but comes at the use of heightened maneuverability. The user may attack while the armor is on still, and can activate it faster than one could blink if in danger. Points: 5 Tarot & Tsuki Jutsus Name: Luck Type: Tarot, Two of Swords Type: Ninjutsu Rank: Gennin Cost: 30 Damage: 10 Effects: +20 accuracy Description: The Tsuki nin throws a card depicting a young man holding two blades. As soon as the card come in contact it adhears and creates two blades that will pierce through the area the card touched, because of the card's proximity to the target this attack is extremely hard to dodge. After the target has been attacked succesfully or the card misses it returns to the Tsuki nin. Blade Kuroda Posted January 24, 2007 Posted January 24, 2007 Jutsu costs are still missing. Also add the skill costs, as well as which element your character is afraid of for that hindering skill. Physical description could use a little more detail as well.

Theres a few grammatic problems and missing letters, but nothing too bad. Stats, skills, and Jutsu Points are all ok. Thats fine, and I guess you can have my Approved
