All burn damage is increased by +5. Does not affect the user. -Smokescreen: -10% accuracy Description: Nenshou clan members focuss their chakra and form a special kind of lava that burns gravel, dirt, rocks, wood, etc at a fast speed causing more smoke to form. With this, they can form a thick smokescreen around the battlefield lowering the opponent's accuracy. The smoke fumes are high in temperature causing burn damage. Cost: 4 (erosion 1)
Shadow Posted July 12, 2007 Posted July 12, 2007 I believe all field terrain must be chunnin level and cost around 250 DP with 6 Jp. That's the trend anyway, I haven't see a gennin field technique to date.
Daisuke Zala Posted July 12, 2007 Author Posted July 12, 2007 well its not like changing the battle field to lava, it is just creating smokescreen like: Hidden Mist Skill (Kirigakure no Jutsu) Type: Ninjutsu (Water) Rank: Gennin Cost: 80 Damage: N/A Effect:: Adds terrain effect 'Mist' to the battlefield for three turns. The user does not suffer the Mist terrain penalty while they keep this jutsu active. Terrain effect is doubled for those with an active Doujutsu. Description: A technique that uses moisture in the air to engulf the opponent in mist. This mist makes it harder for your opponent to see, which gives you more of a chance for a sucessful strike. Points: 4
cntrstrk14 Posted July 13, 2007 Posted July 13, 2007 Yeah, but that is a site jutsu and breaks some rules because we have control over it. If you want that effect, take that jutsu. Otherwise you need to follow rules, and -10% accuracy to everyone means -40 accuracy, which costs. For the record, site jutsu never have been, and never will be, reasonable excuses to break rules.
