Have times when I don't post for a few days but just browse. -Time Zone: Central ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ~Basics~ Name: Inuzuka, Koga Village: Konoha Allegiance: Resistance Clan: Inuzuka Age: 13 Gender: Male ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ~Appearance~ -Height: Koga stands at 5'4, Foot to waist: 3'4, Waist to head 2' ft. -Weight: 87 pounds, more muscle then fat. -Hair: Raven colored hair, untamed and wild, Koga's hair stands on edge most of the time. He is lucky that he covers his hair up with his hood or headband most of the time. The hair is almost never straight unless on certain occasions where Koga is forced to have a formal appearance. Koga's hair does not go below his neck in length, but his hair is fanned out, covering his ears slightly. His hair goes over his forehead, but is usually kept out of his eyes. -Eyes: Eyes are light blue in color. One eye however is a darker blue then the other giving his eyes a unique quality similar to some canines who eyes are different colors all together. -Clothing: Non Formal Wear: Koga is truly a wild man by personality and clothing. While not around his team mates or anyone outside of the clan for that matter, Koga wears a variety of torn shirts. He also wears pants and shorts that are torn up. He never takes care of what he is wearing (unless it is some of his nicer clothes he wears in front of his colleagues) and is constantly tearing up his old clothing. He is always seen with his headband somewhere on his upper body, even when he is sleeping. He does not wear sandals if he does not find the need to. This is derived from the fact of living with canines his entire life however. Mid Formal Wear: When Koga is dressed up for his friends and colleagues he is almost always seen in his long black pants that go down to his ankles. These pants can almost be considered sweat pants however he addresses the pants as "Very relaxing pants that don't constrict movement”. On his upper body he wears a red or black shirt that is almost always covered by his black hooded sweat shirt. The sweat shirt has a big pocket on the front of it, to where if Koga wished, could hold a puppy. His headband is almost always on his forearm or used as a bandana and thrown across the top of his un-kept hair. Koga wears traditional Konoha sandals that only have open ended toes, and covers his ankles. (Edit note: he also wears two fangs as earrings) Formal Wear: Varies for the situation. (Ex; funeral, wedding, dates, etc.) -Physical Description: Skin Tone: Fair. His body does not tan very easily, but due to his constant dirty play he does not appear fair toned with all of the dirt covering him. Muscle Build: Koga has excellent calve muscles, due to all of the training and play he has done in the woods of Konoha. Despite his muscular calves however, his speed cannot reach much higher then a top gennin or taijutsu specialist. His biceps are somewhat built, but are more of a work in process. He shows that he is going to have abs eventually, but currently he does not have any "pack” so to speak. Notable Marks: Koga does maintain the mark of his clan despite the fact that all the NCIA knows of the Inuzuka clan allegiance. In this time of peril he usually keep his marks covered up with two pieces of tape. Despite this however he still maintains his 2 inch long scar across his left eye (the now darker eye) that he received at the beginning of the Kumo war. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ~History~ (ooc: little worried here. FYI I tried to use tabs but I kept deleting my words so gave up ) Background: ~Prologue~ The life of an Inuzuka infant is one of great adventure, one might say. Some say they are born with the lust of adventure and the wild. Others might say they are all just mad brutes. What do the Inuzuka themselves think? Perhaps they are just a little more free hearted then most clans in the Land Of Fire? Perhaps the years they have spent with their canine partners has just made them appreciate the full value of life? However, in this tale of a boy that matured through the ages of peace, war, and rebellion… a boy will answer that question in his own sense. One question that will help him mature through his life of turmoil. ~Koga Inuzuka, the Beginning~ The time of peace that Koga was born into was a great time indeed. No one knew what would await them, and everyone enjoyed their life. Koga was born in the darkness of the night. Kicking and screaming his way into the world. Koga had been born on a late winter's night. He was unexpected, and quite alarming. He had been born into the world two months before most people are usually born. (rather not go into details) His father and mother were definitely shocked, but when the time came for Koga to enter the world they were ready. When nature had completed its process Koga was into the world. He was a very loud baby when he was born. Always kicking at something or clawing at his holder. He would always yell at the top of his lungs and would not hush up very easily. He surely was a riot for the ones who had to rock him to sleep every night before finally being able to get some sleep themselves. It had taken his parents two months after receiving Koga to finally give him his name among the clan. He would be known from hence forth as Koga Inuzuka, the screaming fang. Koga was surely a wild child from birth, and a rapid learner. He was able to walk at 7 months old! While most Inuzuka members were able to do this around the age of 8 months due to their bodies and growth rate, Koga was more reckless then most babies. He was always trying to do things like climb a chair to the top and dangle from the edge. His parents eventually made sure to lock him in a play pen each day and keep a very close eye on him. While doing this however, they learned that the baby was not to be trifled with if they wanted to have a little more peace around the house. After a while his parents let him roam freely around the house, but still kept their eyes on him. It would not be long however before Koga was able to speak a word which was (surprising everyone) "Killua”, his father's dog. Killua was a black Shiba Inu mix, whom had been his father's partner for 6 years. Killua had recently been retired as a house dog due to the fact the dog was now suffering from arthritis. Koga loved playing with dogs, especially Killua. The two were inseperable for a long period of time. Koga at the time loved playing as a dog, so his friends were mostly dogs at this time in his life. He would play with them for hours of the day and would sleep with them to. After a while however, Koga grew out of this habit at his parents bidding. This was so that Koga could grow into a good boy, with human friends as well. He never broke his relationship with his canine friends, but he did end up growing out of acting like dogs constantly. He later began making friends within the clan and later outside of the clan. During this time his parents began to enroll him in some pre-academy classes to learn some basic survival skills he would need as a ninja. They taught him some of the basics that he would later be focusing on as a ninja. It was during this time that Koga would come to make most of his friends and some of his enemies. He loved his classes that he took and enjoyed learning about being a ninja. His parents had both been accomplished ninjas of the Inuzuka clan, so he had some rep that he had to live up to… ~Koga Inuzuka, The Time of Peace~ The years had passed in the Land of Fire, and the world was still in peace. War had not happen in quite some time. Despite this however, Konoha still trained its own ninjas, whether was would come or not. The Inuzuka clan would not fall behind in the ninja race… Koga had just now started ninja school. Most of the kids saw him as the cool kid in his gennin class. He has a sense of arrogance that attracted people to him. He would always boast about his skills to the other students and boast about how good his clan was. The instructors saw this arrogance in him and tried to make him stop exploiting it. All of these tries however resulted in failure. Koga was just a naturally arrogant kid who liked to boast to people. However, he still had his nice side and would remain loyal to anyone who made him his friend. Most of the kids liked these qualities in Koga and shunned his arrogance and greeted him as one of them. During his years at the academy Koga excelled in speed at his class. He was usually always in the front of the race before getting tired or not caring about the race. He could use this speed to evade the kids who trained with fake weapons against him. He was also known however for his skill with taijutsu. He had much pride in this area of specialty, considering his origins it was only natural for him to pride his talents in this area. While he did not have a canine partner yet he had already begun to try mastering the Tsuga taijutsu attack. He always wanted to try and impress his parents, whom were known as good ninja in their day. While Koga was thriving to learn the Tsuga he had other areas of combat that needed his devote attention to pass. Koga had trouble keeping up concentration in class, and thus was falling in grades. He did not pay attention to his teachers and would rather sleep in class. This lack of concentration had made him lose his mentors respect as a student. A few more years have passed and Koga had just turned 9. He had gained back his teachers and parents respect, (even further it) by mastering the Tsuga taijutsu attack. It was always good for the parents to teach the Tsuga to the children at a young age so they can begin mastering it before they obtain their canine partner. Koga had mastered the Tsuga before the average age of most Inuzuka children, and was honored by his parents for doing so. Koga even began to pick up his grades after receiving all of these praises. Koga took a while to bring all his grades back up to average however, despite all the work he put into his academy training. During this time however something diabolical was being created outside of Konoha and all the other great countries. No one would expect what to happen and certainly not Koga. However, he did not know and therefore did not care. He graduated from the academy at the age of 10… and had no clue of the trials that would await him. For on the other side of the walls of Konoha a war had been created, and Konoha would be forced into it. ~Koga Inuzuka, If the bastards want war, give them war!~ WAR has erupted inside the ancient lands of Konoha, and no one is ready. Kumo has begun its assault against the mighty land and has one the first key element to victory… surprise… Unwillingly dragged into a huge conflict, Koga is now fighting for the land of fire. He is fighting for the pride of his clan, and most importantly… he is fighting for his life. It is a time of great turmoil right now and Koga has been called to duty! Despite his age many of his fellow academy graduates are being sent to the front lines. Despite having the usual three man teams that are cut down through selection process, all gennin have now begun to fight. Koga had luckily been paired with his father, a classmate, and a gennin whom graduated a year before Koga. Koga was constantly in the midst of battle and never had many brakes to relax with his family casually. The time of war had turned the best of people into the worst of enemies. The times had even citizens of Konoha turning against each other in hopes of this new reform. No one knew that Konoha would be over thrown… and then it happened. One day the land had been swept over, and the ninja gone. Ninjutsu had been banned and no one could be see practicing the ancient art. What Koga had worked so hard for was now gone. Despite this however, the Inuzuka clan remained loyal to Konoha. Rather then turn themselves into an NCIA clan they decided to remain loyal to their lands. Like his family Koga instantly was initiated into the resistance group of Konoha. He knew that this was the right thing to do, despite even some of his best friends switching to the NCIA. It was during this time in Koga's life that he has dreaded so much. He cannot sleep to long without wondering whether someone is looking for him and his family. He has to hope that his markings on his face will not show or he will be taken in for questioning. He has to no longer be seen practicing the arts that he loves. He cannot build relationships with anyone outside of the resistance, without wondering if they know about him and his allegiance. The times are rough and dreadful. Koga however, has stuck with his decisions through this crisis, and has even participated in a few "illegal” operations for the resistance. However, recently when the NCIA came to inspect the resistance that had been growing in Konoha, Koga's life would take a terrible turn. The NCIA had just stormed Konoha with many of its "investigators”. Things had once again gotten worse for Konoha resistance members. Many of the newer members had been weeded out by the NCIA. Some even sold themselves and some resistance members over to save the their own backs. Koga and his father were the last left in the once 4 man team. Koga's former classmate had left, and swore never to tell the NCIA anything. To this day no one has heard anything from him, but no one that he was associated with has been found out yet. The gennin who graduated a year before Koga had been killed trying to escape from some junior NCIA "inspectors”. It wasn't until a few months after the NCIA had arrived that Koga and his father were found. In order to save the life of his son, Koga's father fought with his dog Kura (the son of Killua), and tried to fend off the NCIA "inspectors”. This however cost Koga's father's right eye, crippling blows to crucial muscles, and his beloved pet. Koga however, came out with just a scar over his left eye that was easily mended through a healing specialist. Koga has lived with that day for a year now. Trying to become strong enough to protect those whom he himself cares about, and to one day become the man that saves others, rather then be saved. The world has changed over the years, and Koga has found out what makes himself an Inuzuka member. The great adventure begins through the pride of his land. The Inuzuka love the land they live in, and have become one with its nature over years. The Inuzuka will stop at nothing to give this land back to Konoha! Long Live The Resistance. ~Epilogue~ Well… that's for us to find out isn't it? ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ~Persona~ Personality: (Koga is a very arrogant kid. He thinks that he is one of the best rookies in his class. He even has the nerves to claim that the Inuzuka clan is the best of all clans. Due to this arrogance however, he has lost many things. From family, and friends to less valuable things. Despite this however Koga is a very dedicated worker… depending on the cause. He does many things to try and make himself better in the arts of ninja which contributes to his arrogance. He does have a code of honor however. He believes no man should ever be left unprotected if they ask for protection. (Unless the man has done something that should place them in a bad situation by arrogance or other means). He also believes no man should ever harm a women and will do anything to protect a girl, despite the fact he flirts with them all the time. While Koga can get a little annoyed by people who display their emotions all the time, he is quick to pull on his anger, which only fuels his taijutsu strength. Cost: 0 Inuzuka: Uncanny Smell Tracker Bloodline: Regular, Inuzuka Clan Description: Inuzuka clan members have an uncanny ability to sniff out certain things, and by using smells, they can get their self out of blinding jutsus, and also have great tracking skills. They are also useful when tracking things, just as they are used to escape from blinding techniques, they can also be used to guide them, such as in the technique Garouga, they are blind, but use the smell from the pets urine to find the opponent. Effect: Immune to Blind, Impaired Eyesight & Impaired Hearing and terrain effects that negatively effect their Accuracy or Evasion unless they are under the effects of Impaired Smell. Cost: -3 Inuzuka: Unique Chakra Sensitivity Bloodline: Regular, Inuzuka Clan Description: The Pet and its Inuzuka Master have a special connection that normal Dog and Boys do not, the cause is most likely in proportion to the shinobi upbringings and breeding. In due to that, the Inuzuka may have certain canine traits from their Pet, which would not exclude the ability of Chakra Sensory. The Inuzuka ninja is able to gain the exact ability of their pet and is coordinated by their inhuman communication. Effect: This character gains a +5% to dodge any Ninjutsu aimed at them. Cost: -1 Requirement: Inuzuka Pet: Unique Chakra Sensitivity Name: Intestinal Fortitude Description: Like a great marathon runner, the shinobi's muscles are trained to go the distance, and seem to recover faster than others Restriction: User may not have any other skill (or bloodline skill) that effects Health, Stamina, or Chakra Regeneration. These skills may not be taught Rank 1 Effect: Gain 10% of your Total Stamina every turn. This replaces normal Stamina regeneration. Cost: -5 Skill Name: My Way of the Ninja! Effect: Used in the Setup Phase as a free action. Once per battle, when character is reduced to 10% Health or lower (choose one of the following): 1. Gain 10% of your Total Chakra Description: When a Ninja is taken down to their very last reserves, they will dig down deep and pull out just a little bit more, in desperation to continue fighting for all that they believe in. This phrase was coined by Uzumaki Naruto of Konoha, and its popularity has spread around to other Villages. Name: Kawarimi no Jutsu (Body Substitute Technique) Type: Ninjutsu Rank: Academy Student Cost: 10 Ninjutsu Description: A lifesaver, and a must-have technique. With this technique, the user is able to swap their body with a nearby object, usually a log, which will take the full force of any incoming blows for them, while they retreat to safe ground or search for an opening. You can only use this 3 times per battle. Damage: None Effects:Evade the next attack aimed at you. You are unable to attack the opponent the turn you use this. You can only use this 3 times per battle. This technique cannot be used to dodge Ninjutsu, Taijutsu or Genjutsu Techniques. Other Jutsus: Name: Koga Style: Koga and Hige’s Big Surprise. Type: Taijutsu Rank: Gennin Cost: 80 Damage: 38 Effects: Full Opening to “Hige Style: Finishing Touch”. Must be used in a turn where both Koga and his pet move on the same turn. Description: The strongest technique that Koga and Hige posses is a dual strike technique. After having his father tell him of the lotus technique Koga decided to develop a technique similar in style to it, but without needing to open a gate or inflict pain to himself. The technique starts by Koga running at his enemy at full speed and kicking his opponent in the air. Using a series of punches and kicks the opponent is launched farther in the air. Koga then jumps into the air and using his fists, slams the opponent down to the ground. However the opponent does not know that Hige is right below them, getting ready to use the strongest attack currently in his arsenal. Points: 4 Inuzuka Style: Beast Human Clone (Jūjin Bunshin, 獣人分身) Type: Ninjutsu Rank: Gennin (Inuzuka Clan) Cost: 80; 10% of total Chakra [Pet] per turn thereafter paid by the Pet. Effect: - Transforms target pet into a clone of the user. Target pet must be the user's pet. - Pet gains half the user's tank stats. - Taijutsu, Speed, Accuracy & Evasion equal to the user's. - 1/5 the user's Ninjutsu. - Pet Clone will have turns equal to a Summon. - Pet Clone reverts back to normal when it takes physical damage. - Pet Clones may only perform Jutsu (Tricks) that they (the Pet) knows, and only know skills that they (the Pet) knows. Description: A modified version of a transformation technique, this jutsu allows a user to transform their animal companion into a perfect copy of themselves. When combined with the Four Legs Technique, the user and the animal become virtually impossible to tell apart, since both act equally animalistic. Like any transformation, the jutsu can be broken by identifying and attacking the animal, thus dispelling the transformation. This jutsu is often followed by the Double Piercing Fang. Points: 4 Inuzuka Style: Beast Man Clone Combo (Jūjin Bunshin Rendan, 獣人分身連弾) Type: Taijutsu Rank: Gennin (Inuzuka Clan) Cost: 10 per every attack; six attacks must be used. Six attacks may not be exceeded. Damage: 13 per attack. Effect: This is a multiple hit jutsu. For ever successful hit on the opponent a +3% bonus is calculated on to the next accurracy tag, cumulative. Description: First using Beast Human Clone to transform the pet into a clone of themselves. The pet then slashes the opponent with his claws while the master does the same behind the opponent. The master then slashes once more and the pet pounces on the opponent. The master then flip kicks the opponent into the air and both the mastea and the pet cross-slash the airborne opponent. Points: 4 (-2)=2 Inuzuka Style: Piercing Fang (Tsūga, 通牙) Type: Taijutsu Rank: Gennin (Inuzuka Clan) Cost: 80 Damage: 80 Effect: If this is done with a pet simultaneously using Tsūga, on a turn in which they both attack, then the user has a +10% chance for this attack to hit, inclusive of modifiers. Description: The user spins at a ferocious speed and deliver many powerful beastlike attacks when contact is made with the target. This attack can be done with a partner, making it more effective. Points: 4-2= 2 points overall Inuzuka Style: Four Legs Technique (Shikyaku no Jutsu, 四脚の術) Type: Ninjutsu Rank: Gennin (Inuzuka Clan) Cost: 80 activation, 64 upkeep Effect: May be used in the Setup Phase. +40 Taijutsu and +40 Speed for each turn this remains active. May be active for upto 4 turns. Description: This technique gives some increase of strength and speed to the user, as well as lengthening their nails into claws. Travel in this mode is somewhat akin to a dog's fast run. Users of this technique tend to act more feral when using it. Looks as if it was painted on, because there are a bunch of white spots running around the back. The entire lower body except the belly is white as well. The legs are white with orange only on the paws. The dog has a orange tail and an orange spot over its' left eye. The entire face is white except for the tat one eye. The dog has one blue eye and one brown eye. Personality: Hige is a playful little pup, but is very nervous of people around. He does not like people whom he has not met before and will meet these people with a bark and a growl. Other then that though, Hige is very playful, and when playing likes to be very aggressive. The dog also likes to be exercised a lot and is considered to be very hyper. After all, the regular dog isn't geared for the Ninja world. Effect: Immune to Blind, Impaired Eyesight & Impaired Hearing and terrain effects that negatively effect their Accuracy or Evasion unless they are under the effects of Impaired Smell. Cost: -1 Inuzuka Pet: Pinpoint Hearing Sensory Bloodline: Regular, Inuzuka Clan Description: By having extreme senses, the Inuzuka Pet is able to hear shinobi trying to land a surprise attack on the Pet and their Master. By use of this unique gift, they are able to warn their master through Canine Dialect and prepare for a counter attack. Effect: Used at the beginning of battle, in regards to the first turn, speed is nulled. Instead, a dx is used, where x = the number of opponents. Damage: 60 Effects: If the user uses this technique after “Koga Style: Koga and Hige’s Big Surprise” the opponent suffers Bleed Damage (6) for two turns. Description: While usually used after Koga and Hige’s Big Surprise attack, the Finishing touch is really considered the strongest Tsuga variant that Hige knows currently. The Tsuga deals more damage when used in surprise usually, but still deals a decent amount of damage none the less. To give you a little bit of blocking capability against taijutsu, ninjutsu, and genjutsu attacks. Also, my character just has to meet your character. Kouga meeting Koga. lol
Ridden Posted November 23, 2007 Author Posted November 23, 2007 lol, would you pronounce the names the same? As towards the stats, i never put any stats in defense at first. I do that after level 5-10, that way i can build stamina, health, and the speedy stats for battle, before I work on defense.
