They can still gather information from their Reikigan, but not as much, making them less effective as Shinobi, and usually considered to be the lowest form of person in the Echi Clan. Effect: Must Role Play poor sight. The maximum amount gained from the Reikigan is lowered by 10% per rank. [Ex.] Rank 1 has a maximum of +50% chance to evade incoming attacks, the person suffers a small far/nearsightedness. Cost: +1
