atk2700 Posted July 26, 2009 Posted July 26, 2009 (edited) ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ~User Data~ -Posting: 2-3 times a week -Time Zone: East Coast ~Basics~ Name: Kizai Daniel Village: Iwagakure Nationality: Iwagakure Clan: Kizai Age: 20 Gender: Male ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ~Appearance~ -Height: 5'5" -Weight: 136 -Hair Color: Nutmeg -Eye Color: Teal -Clothing: His basic attire centers around 2 pieces, a red shirt with a large gear on the back and two smaller interlocked gears above his left breast, and a pair of dirt covered sand colored cargo shorts. The shirt was still as vibrant as the day he had gotten it. From his neck hangs a rusted iron key, large and simple with an irregular rectangle on the end of the rod. He wears standard shinobi sandals with no socks. -Physical Description: Daniel is short, but has a tall man's build with long legs wide shoulders. He lightly tan over all his body, but has a pronounced farmer's tan on top of that. He definitely doesn't burn easily. His face is made of sharp angles, even more prominent because of his buzz cut. He has no scars to speak of, but sports an angled "V" of a birthmark 2 inches below his collar bone, opposite his heart. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ~History~ Background: Daniel grew up not truly knowing the powers he possessed. His father had some Kizai blood in him, but was neither a ninja, nor an active mechanist. He hunted and examined artifacts from the sands of Iwa and Suna for the science of it. This love of science rubbed off an Daniel at an early age. He became an explorative, inquisitive child. It wasn't until he hit his teen years that his dormant gift came to life. While tinkering away at an iron pocket watch. An electric blue spark jumped from his right hand to the watch and then to his left hand. He pulled both hands away and watched in amazement as the gears of the watch began to spin of their own accord. He went to his father to ask how such an event was possible, and he heard the tale of his clan and the fallen city. His father also gave him a wrought iron key that had come from tansha and been passed down from father to son. Mesmerized, he began to learn everything he could of mechanism, artifacts, and the rumored ruins of tansha. He took apart and rebuild scraps, bringing them to life to see is, or how, they worked. Years went into this. As he got better and better at animating them, he thought maybe, just maybe, he would have to find those ruins to learn anything more. Surely they had discovered everything there was to know about. His only hints to the location were a few references to books in the jounin library of Iwagakure. So Daniel adopted his mothers profession. He became a ninja. The NCIA were in power, so he could not join his country. Instead, he trained on his own and with the instruction of his retired mother. Now, 2 years after he began his heavy training, he is ready to do missions for his country. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ~Persona~ Personality: Some people are addicted to knowledge. Daniel loves to understand. His friends are numbers and theorems. His interactions with people, even ninja, are strained. He picks his words, and never speaks more than he needs to. Time is better spent learning or thinking. He only has true conversations when he believes that the topic at hand is something he is ignorant about. He doesn't deal well with other's ignorance though, getting testy very quickly.
