His geta use rubber stoppers to keep them quieter than most, along with steel on the inner backing for reinforcement. The black rimmed glasses were specially made to have reflective lenses. Sleep - During the night, Admon wears a pair of black pajamas made of cotton. It comes with a black shirt and pants, and fit very snugly over his body. Formal - On a special occasion Admon has special attire for such a moment. His father bought him a very nice dark blue Kimono, patterned by hand painted hawk birds on the front and on the back, his clan's emblem in bright colors. The Kimono is tied with a white obi, and has special polished black geta to go with it. The silk is a very smooth quality, and this robe is a treasured gift to Admon since it was from his parents after graduation. Physical Description - Age 15 - The fifteen year old known as Admon is strong young man, but still has plenty of growing to do. He stands at five feet and nine inches, and weighs but 119 pounds, a light weight for a primarily Taijutsu classed ninja. Don't let the statistics on paper fool you though, Admon has begun to keep himself in physical shape and already has lightly developed abs. His muscles bulge a little more than a 15 year old should, giving him an awkwardly older appearance sometimes. The softly tanned skin tone makes up for it to give Admon a charming complexion under his sharp nose and thin lips. On his head rests thick black hair that has been combed over to the right and brushed straight over the sides of his face. Most of his height his granted through his very thin legs however, most likely to be bulked up when he is older. The only scars on his body are a burn mark on his left palm from Nakamura survival training. It is about the size of a small coin on his the lower side of his hand opposite from his thumb. Age 20 - Admon has grown into his body in the last few years, putting on over sixty pounds and growing five inches taller. The muscles that once looked out of place are now part of a well maintained physique. Particular detail has gone into his arms and back, clearly the focus of his work outs. Those muscles look like those of a finely chiseled marble statue, perfect in form and very substantial. The scar on his left palm has faded to white but can be seen with close examination. His black hair has grown longer, cut jaggedly on the sides of his head coming down to the back of his neck but shorter in the front. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Edited June 14, 2010 by Baromosa
Baromosa Posted August 10, 2009 Author Posted August 10, 2009 (edited) ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ |^|History|^| Prologue Pre-Time Skip: September 10th, a normal Tuesday night by most people's standards. The Nakamura Clan was having a new member prove itself apart of the world by accepting life's first great challenge: birth. Not all babies survive childbirth, as the mother of this one well knew. She had two miscarriages during pregnancy and one baby to die only a few hours after birth after heart complications. The worry and stress of this next attempt was almost overwhelming. Could she ever try again if her baby did not survive? She didn't even want to think about it again, and neither did her husband. Their marriage had been successful and loving for the most part. Multiple failures however put strain on their bonds together and more than one passionate argument had broken out. The moment of truth had arrived now, and everyone held their breath as the mother gave the final push. Something broke through, and the nurse held the baby in silence before a cry broke the anxiety. "Waaa! Waaaaaa!" was the outcry, followed by a cheer from the entire room aside from the out of breath mother. Her face was pure joy though, and an exhausted smile stretched over her face. What would his name be the father asked. After a thoughtful moment, the mother looked up with bright green eyes. "Admon. Nakamura Admon." "ADMON!" A Nakamura mother yelled out. Her little boy was getting over excited again. And, as usual, she had to chase after him. "Here Kitty Kitty!" Admon laughed, bounding over the market square after a very annoyed white Persian cat. This was Nakamura Admon at age eight. Already a fully mobile and independent hunter. His prey: the neighbor's cat. He had waited the morning for the owner to let the cat out of the house, stalked it as the cat went to it's bowl of morning milk. Little did it know Admon had planned this out perfectly, out to the last detail. So he had thought anyways. Luck had never been on his side though and the cat found escape off a nearby table and over the divider of the porch. That's when the chase ensued and his mother was forced to chase after. This was the pattern of Admon's childhood. Adventure after adventure, and never was there a time too serious enough that something could not be made imaginative. If there was a hidden treasure or secret mission Admon believed he could do it. He didn't often disobey his parents though and if they gave him a chore he always did it for them as fast as he could. If he did it faster he could get back to playing sooner. The Nakamura household was a nice place to grow up, and in later years Admon looked back at his parents very proudly. They had done well as ninja in their careers and could afford a nice place to live, good food, and they bought him presents occasionally that never ceased to surprise Admon. He made sure to pay them back with plenty of hugs and smiles afterward. During his teenage years his focus shifted to romance however. He was in the academy during the week as most children were for his age. When not learning his clan had already begun introducing him into their business: the world of architecture and engineering. This coupled with survival classes on weekends with his other clan members made his love life hard to manage, but that's not to say he didn't. He met a special girl named Ayame. She really was something. They had known each other their entire lives and she had transformed into a real bombshell when she was thirteen. At least that's what Admon say in her. She had looks, smarts, a cute laugh, and that certain attractive amount of sarcasm that instantly brought his attention. They started dating for a few months, and to Admon things looked like they were going great. He spent his extra allowance money to take her on little dates to dinner or to the arcade and Admon never failed to be the perfect gentlemen. If Ayame was cold he would give her his coat, if she was lonely he would spend his evenings talking to her until the late hours of the night, and if she was bored he never failed to make her laugh. Despite how things seemed to be working out with them, something happened one Friday afternoon. He had accidentally slipped out something their last meeting, and had said the three words every boy is afraid to let out the first time. The L word was one of them. She had taken it okay, but left sort of awkwardly after that. Now Admon was coming to visit her and would be in for the heartbreak of his life. Walking past the arcade on the way to her house Admon spotted her, but she wasn't alone. Her mouth was adhered quite vigorously to another boy around sixteen. What insult to injury! An older boy... and a graduate by the looks of him. Admon couldn't even speak, he just watched them for another moment before he walked by and tapped her on the shoulder. Ayame jumped naturally, and looked up at Admon's cold, accusing eyes. That was the end of it, no one spoke and Admon left in completely heart break. A few days later he got some sort of cheap, apologetic note. More lies thought the crushed Nakamura boy. Nothing could make up for what she did, but a insincere note that only served to shed her guilty conscious did not cut it for Admon. His grades dropped a bit for that month in the academy, and life moved on. Though the burning rage remained. -Three years later- May 30th. It was nearing the end of the great ninja war that Kumogakure had begun three years ago. The resistance formed from ninja of all villages had begun to free several of the shinobi villages and the NCIA was in decline. It seemed the Raikage's vision of a unified shinobi government and economy was about to fall. Admon had served as part of the Nakamura clan as a Gennin for only a few months at this point, and he was too young to remember the glory of his clan sweeping battlefields with the initial invasions. He had heard some stories though that drove him to want to excel. His father had become something of a prodigy of the clan. Nakamura Toya, the wisp of death. Named such for the way clouds would appear through a battle field, and only Toya would remain standing. Though he rarely killed -every- one on the field his prowess with both illusionary diversions, stealth, and a lethal blade were well known by his enemies. Admon had held onto the legend of his father the day he died. That summer his father was called away on an important mission, one the Raikage himself had selected him as well as hundreds of other ninja. Inside of Soutenkanchougai in the distance country of fang, Nakamura Toya gave his life fighting the resistance that sought to confront the Raikage. When news of his death reached the Nakamura clan, the loss was greatly mourned but also honored. He had done what every Nakamura was expected to do, and gave his life rather than live and let his leader die. Admon took his father's death well, though he and his mother both cried for a long time afterward. He did not hate his enemy though. He only respected them more, and Admon vowed to become just like his father. Just as loyal, respected, and if necessary just as self sacrificing. Post-Time skip: Admon has spent the last few years training among his clan and doing small missions for the village, but has not really worn in his Gennin title to the best of his ability. After a while doing tasks that most twelve-year-olds could take care of looses it's appeal. Hoping to start getting his life on track, Admon's main goal is to work towards being a real Chuunin within the next year. When talking to his mother about this, she is in complete agreement. She wanted him to excel like his father had done, and Admon was finally ready to commit himself more fully to shinobi life. Large parts of his life have been spent in scholarly pursuits within his clan in architecture. He has been a large help in replacing his deceased father in that regard, becoming a valued apprentice to the engineering projects the Nakamura are work on. The libraries of Kumogakure and the Nakamura have helped in the last five years instructing him in the ways of poison and blacksmithing. Though blacksmithing has applications in architecture, nowadays he has begun to delve into the world of weaponry. These interests have appealed to the type of shinobi Admon strives to be, and the self sufficiency of the work drive him onward. His social life has been taking a turn towards disparity however, and he seeks friendship with others more often than in the past. His popularity has faded since the academy as most of his friends have already become chuunin rank or higher by now. No one has openly insulted him, but over the years Takashi has wondered why he has not taken the initiative to grow into more before now. Never the less he does not have many relationships aside from his mother and fellow clan members. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ |^|Persona|^| Personality: Pre-Timeskip (Age 15): Nakamura Admon is an excitable boy raised in the mountains of Rai no Kuni. He is the person who is first to shout out his joy or displeasure at a situation, and the last to say something in most matters. His talkative personality is only halted by a sharp warning from his superiors or perhaps a situation with crushing gravity. Around other people Admon tries to fit in as best he can, talking about whatever he thinks the other may be interested in. Sometimes when Admon is alone he feels awkward, and busies himself by scratching things down in a notebook or flipping a coin in his hand. These games of heads or tails reflects his belief in random chance, that things are decided by a string of random possibilities that can never truly be counted on. His other belief is in himself, and that he is a part of a greater power. He knows of the five great shinobi nations, and he is determined to keep Kumogakure the greatest of the five. In his personal life, Admon has only been infatuated once majorly when his heart was completely broken in a traumatizing event. This has left a permanent mark on his heart that will likely last several years before he can trust another women. Though Admon is usually a very polite and courteous person, the rage of heart break can turn him into a maelstrom of emotion. Cost: 40 Stamina Damage: 30 Effect: Half Opening to "Damashiuchi." Description: The Giman Trap is a practiced Nakamura maneuver that requires flash of speed, opportunity, and of course the distraction to wrap everything together. To make an opponent fall for it, the user needs to capitalize on making a dodge from his opponent's attack while their foe is concentrating. Just as the attack is avoided, the Nakamura shinobi coordinates with an ally to disappear as a bright flash is set off from another technique. Giman has then been set, and the attacker appears behind their target to deliver a powerful punch to back of their spine, partially setting up the position for a more devastating attack. Inflicts 30 Bleeding damage per turn on the target for two turns. Description: Best used from behind an opponent, once in close quarters the Nakamura shinobi will draw a sharp knife and stab a deep wound into their opponents back, side, or throat to inflict a bloody wound. The difficulty level of executing the maneuver to line up the attack is not very advanced, but the experience of knowing what critical areas are easiest hit and will cause more pain takes more time spent in combat to understand. Most notably this technique is a common finisher among the Nakamura infiltrators, letting their victim bleed to death while they make their escape. "Close your eyes and breathe no more." Azure Posted August 14, 2009 Posted August 14, 2009 Well the Taijutsu style doesn't come in to play until the officila patch release.
Baromosa Posted August 14, 2009 Author Posted August 14, 2009 (edited) Removed the Taijutsu Style and the jutsu for now. I took out resistance already, but if you like i'll set it to 0 for now. Edited August 14, 2009 by Baromosa
Baromosa Posted August 14, 2009 Author Posted August 14, 2009 (edited) Taken care of, and also note I changed successful back to it's pre-patch 5% bonus. Should be completely 6.0 now. Edit: Sorry for the inconvenience. Edited August 14, 2009 by Baromosa
Nappers Posted August 16, 2009 Posted August 16, 2009 Query: What's the status with your other character in Konoha, or has there been some rule thing that I missed? [probably is]
Baromosa Posted August 16, 2009 Author Posted August 16, 2009 ^ The second character level has been reduced to 30. Hyuuga Takashi is 45 XP away from 30 so I threw Admon ready in preparation of the time skip. Takashi will be at level imminently.
cntrstrk14 Posted August 19, 2009 Posted August 19, 2009 7.0 rules do not go live until after the time skip. So you will not be able to get a second character approved until after the time skip, meaning that you cannot get the EXP bonus that will be handed out with the time skip. Sorry~
Baromosa Posted August 19, 2009 Author Posted August 19, 2009 ^ That's alright ^.^ I assumed whatever the % bonus increase is, a % of 0 is still 0 anyways =p I'll write up the rest of the history and wait for the update to come out on this one then.
