"Combining necessity with functionality. And just a maybe a hint of style. That rule may save your life one day. " Sensha keeps those words close to his chest, though the functionality maybe a bit off. Though residing in Sunagakure, he sports a white, long sleeve button up, a burgundy scarf and navy blue pants, as though he's dressing for a winter that shall never come.

-Physical Description:

Namida Sensha stands at the average height of five foot eleven. The muscular definition he did have has waned throughout the years since his injuries in the NCIA war. While never the one to be physically intimidating he generally has enough strength to back up his words. His hair is a tad bit unkempt, but takes the extra effort to keep his face clean shaven. Namida's eyes are one of this most defining features, his dark orange irises gives him a face no one would forget.

Personality:

Sensha's personality resembles that of a hermit. While not entirely reclusive, Sensha's never taken the extra effort to go out and socialize. This makes his relationships with people, especially inside of the work environment to be a bit strained, as while polite, he keeps his distance, even with the students. He prefers to keep up with the events of the world, yet indifferent towards subjects such as war and love. His philosophy is that if it has to happen, let it run its course and be done with it. Even so , he is not without his soft spots, he is very fond of animals, even more so the ones that aren't native to the desert. Namida believes everyone should have the ability to not be powerless and would do what he can to provide one with the tools to stave off the title.

History of a Broken Ninja

Namida Sensha was born Namida Sokoutsu and Namida Omashu, two chunnins doing what they can to make ends meet. Though they struggled a bit, they were content with their lives, doing what they can for the benefit of the village. Sensha himself was brought up with that mindset as well, wanting to do anything he could to help out his family. This ranged from being a short distance messenger boy around center, to just doing odd jobs after finishing the academy for the day. Dedicating the bulk of his time into studying and training, making sure he was at least up to par with his peers before even branching off into his social activities. When participating in other activities, the young boy would do what he could to stay out of the spotlight. As time went on he graduated with the rest of the academy and began training with his family as he completed his duties as a genin. He had a nack for gaining friends he didn't ask for, though he began to except that his company expanded to being outside of his family. The social interaction he was long overdue for helped his progression as a ninja, and a person.

Everything would be disrupted soon enough though as NCIA attacked and swiftly began to overwhelm the village he wanted to protect. His parents arrived at his home soon after, wounded but not out for the count. Grabbing the confused Sensha by the arm, they had rushed out, Never before had there been so many fires and screams of anguish. And like so many others, they had become powerless to stop this assault on their home, but as his parents said "Live to fight another day we must!” they saidThey said as they had tightened their grip on their son. Sunagakure would recover, as Namida's vowed to assist the process of making it into reality. Not long after their country came under NCIA control, the resistance was formed, and he and his family joined right away.

Two years have passed since their home was taken, new friends and new family joining the battle and some losing their lives as well. Throughout the last few years Sensha has honed his skills with his family, exceeding them both and participating in the fight to liberate what is rightfully theirs . While in the beginning he fought with rage, he had truly just wanted this war to be over with, win or lose. When it was time for the resistance from every country to join and take the fight to the NCIA , he was ready. The first time in so long he was excited to face his enemy head on, hoping it was the last time he would have to do such before retaking their lost home. Fate was not on his side though, as during the most heated part of the battle, he took the brunt of a jutsu to his leg, forcing him off the battlefield and the rest of the war. And through victory was given to the resistance at long last, Sensha was no longer capable of performing his ninja duties. The medical ninja did what they could to save the leg, but the recovery period would keep him off the field indefinite period of time.

Five years later, Sensha is still trying to complete his rehiblation since the incident. During this period of time the fallen ninja has been assigned to the Suna ninja academy, teaching the upcoming generation the ways of the ninja. While he had been growing accustomed to his new life he was hastily summoned along with a few others by Keito. Keito had a son, Takashuri Uramuki, who apparently had a unique personality to him, so much so that no one else had raised their hand when approached with the question of who would be the kids bodyguard. Initially, Sensha was a part of that group who refused to take the task, but his mind soon changed as he thought about it. He would be able to be an active ninja again, and felt like it would be a waste if Uramuki had possibly died before his time.

Life was about to become interesting none the less.

Requirements:

- This character must be from or descend from people of Sunagakure, and must have "Combinatorial Elements; Sand".

Effects:

- This character may now apply the Ninjutsu modifier to their Defensive stat. Effectively combining both Ninjutsu and Defensive modifiers for defense.

☆ Whatever amount of mod used to apply to the defense, is subtracted from the offensive use of said mod in the same turn. (ex: Ninjutsu Mod totals 100. Uses 25 to defense. Offensive Ninjutsu Mod is now 75 total.)

- This is an auto-reactive bloodline. No upkeep shall be paid to use this ability.

- In the case that this ability would lower an attack below 5% of it's base damage before applying the Defensive bonuses, this ability may break that cap and reduce the attack below 5% and to 0 if possible.

- This ability is seen as an outer shell, role played as a grouping of sand ascending to intercept any non-genjutsu attack.

Restrictions:

- A person with 1.5x the amount of speed the user has, may negate the addition of the Ninjutsu Modifier and proceed with the attack regularly.

- This ability is null against any technique that involves "Subtle Elements: Water", is only half effective against Tier-Two Combinatorial Elements involving Water [Cloud, Ice, Steam], and 33% effective against Tier-Three Combinatorial Elements [Acid].

- This ability becomes null in terrain/climate conditions of "Rain" for duration of said condition.

- A volume of sand must be around in order for this ability to take effect. Traveling with a medium of sand is acceptable for places with no sand.

Hindrances:

- Character is treated as having shackled legs percentage losses(excludes restrictions of running etc.) for the duration that this ability is active in Combat.

Rank 1: When applying the Ninjutsu Modifier to the defense. Do so by ratio of 40:5 where every 40 ninjutsu, this ability may reduce non-genjutsu attacks by -5. Find the total value of this reduction and may apply up to half, to decrease incoming non-genjutsu attacks. Must be taken at Character Creation. (-2)

Rank 2: When applying the Ninjutsu Modifier to the defense. Do so by ratio of 30:5 where every 30 ninjutsu, this ability may reduce non-genjutsu attacks by -5. Find the total value of this reduction and may apply up to half, to decrease incoming non-genjutsu attacks. Must be at least lvl 25. (-3)

Kawarimi no Jutsu (Body Substitute Technique)

Cost: 10 Ninjutsu

Description: A lifesaver, and a must-have technique. With this technique, the user is able to swap their body with a nearby object, usually a log, which will take the full force of any incoming blows for them, while they retreat to safe ground or search for an opening. You can only use this 3 times per battle.

Damage: None

Effects: Evade the next attack aimed at you. You are unable to attack the opponent the turn you use this. You can only use this 3 times per battle. This technique cannot be used to dodge Ninjutsu, Taijutsu or Genjutsu Techniques.

Ninjutsu

Desert Coffin (Sabaku Kyuu)

Type: Ninjutsu [suna; Sand]

Rank: Chuunin

Cost: 120 Chakra; 80 Chakra Upkeep

Damage: 20

Effect: Opponent may attempt to break free every Response phase at the cost of 5% of their total Stamina OR Chakra; roll d100 + opponent's level - user's level. If roll is equal to 50 or greater, opponent breaks free. For every turn they are trapped inside within the Jutsu they are dealt 40 unmodified damage. The trapped may not do anything other than attempt to break free while trapped, and they may not be targetted by jutsu (enemy or ally) with the exception of Desert Graveyard. This jutsu may be disengaged in the set-up phase, but the user may not attack the target in the turn that they do so.

Description: The hand of sand that strangles the life out of those unwary. This is one of the most diabolical jutsus in the wind ninjas arsenal and had best be avoided at all costs.

Sand Clone (Suna Bunshin no Jutsu)

Type: Ninjutsu [suna; Sand]

Rank: Chuunin

Cost: 50 Chakra per clone

Effect: Each Sand Clone has 1/10 stats of the user, but only 1hp. They are automatically hit by any attack that includes them as a target (they get no dodge roll).

Description: The clones of sand are quite obviously not the original and pose no threat, but they will eagerly throw themselves between their creator and harm to keep them safe, often proving a hassle to get by.

Armor of Sand: Rank 1(Suna no Yoroi)

Type: Ninjutsu [suna; Sand]

Rank: Chuunin

Cost: 120 Chakra; 90 Chakra to repair.

Effect: Used in the Response Phase. Creates an Armour of Sand around the user with 150 health points. May prevent damage (not effects) from any non-Genjutsu attacks aimed at the user. If the health of the armour is reduced to 0 it may be repaired in the immediate set-up phase in the turn which it was broken for 90 Chakra; else they will have to pay the full intial cost when next used. May repair the Armor to full health points for the same repairation cost of 90 in the set-up phase. User may act in the turn as normal. Armor of Sand does not stack with one another. May only be activated twice per battle.

Description: The secret armor of the wind people. This armor is weaker than the shield or sphere of sand, but comes at the use of heightened maneuverability. The user may attack while the armor is on still, and can activate it faster than one could blink if in danger.

Cost: 200 Chakra; 160 Chakra to repair.

Effect: Used in the Response Phase. Creates an Armour of Sand around the user with 300 health points. May prevent damage (not effects) from any non-Genjutsu attacks aimed at the user. If the health of the armour is reduced to 0 it may be repaired in the immediate set-up phase in the turn which it was broken for 160 Chakra; else they will have to pay the full intial cost when next used . May repair the Armor to full health points for the same repairation cost of 160 in the set-up phase. User may act in the turn as normal. Armor of Sand does not stack with one another.

Does/did this character have any money? Also, suna-nin recieve "Subtle Elements; Wind" and "Combinatorial; Sand" free. Also also, you're spending 12 SP it looks like, you have only 11 spent, with the 32/43 remaining.

edit: Looks like you didn't have the money carried over from the retirement of the previous character, you should have $1750. (125 + 25(65))
