Depending on the member of the Hozuki clan that was inspected it would be said that over ninety percent of their body is consisting of water on a regular basis. This unusual excess of water gives those who wish to become a shinobi an abnormally strong alinement to the water element. Hozuki with this skill are only able to gain one Elemental Affinity. They are also deemed with their primary element upon creation without need for training, however it may only be 'Water'. While choosing the effects for their specialty they may choose one additional jutsu type for the cost reduction to be applied to; or they may choose the same type and apply 1.5x the cost reduction. The effects of the Elemental Affinity itself may only be gained through Elemental Affinity Training and at level thirty. -2 Edited September 27, 2010 by Peace
Azure Posted September 6, 2010 Posted September 6, 2010 Please put a cap of 1.5x instead of the 'doubling' effect, because that can get too out of hand. Also it may not stack on other cost reductions. The reason I'm saying this isssssss because it is normally a 20% reduction for the normal affinity + subtle elements of waters, then with this it would become 30% and I think that's too high also considering this is obviously a water type clan/bloodline this would apply to.
