Team Ino-Shika-Chō

Organization Founder:

• Yamanaka Inomoto, Nara Shikanobu, Akimichi Chōzaru: The original Ino-Shika-Chō was created by the founders of the respective founders of the Yamanaka, Nara, and Akimichi clans. It was these three who forged a bond that would span more generations and spawn more traditions than they could ever have anticipated during their lifetimes.

Organization Head:

• Yamanaka Inoka, Nara Shikamasa, Akimichi Chōgō: Unlike many factions, teams, or organizations in the shinobi world, the Ino-Shika-Chō tradition is always lead by the oldest generation of members, who act as mentors and guides to the younger generations. It is from these older members, that each new generation of Ino-Shika-Chō learn the many various "formation" jutsu that their predecessors have developed before them.

Organization Goals:

• The goals of the Ino-Shika-Chō tradition have always been the defense of Konahagakure no Sato, fostering unity among the Yamanaka, Nara, and Akimichi clans, and the preservation of the secret techniques created by previous Ino-Shika-Chō generations.
