Height:

 5' 2" [157.48 Centimeters]

Weight:

 108 Pounds [48.98 Kilograms]

Eyes:

Kenta has inherited the full genetics of the Lee clan. Blessed with thick, lush, eyebrows from Earth is like a gift from the gods. With eyelashes that reach for miles it is no wonder this kid is the "heart throb" of the village Genin. Filled with the exuberance of youth and the passion of a thousand suns, Kenta's eyes never change from their normal brown color. While they may appear a shade lighter in direct sunlight, they are often content with their place in the world. Often these eyes embrace the world with a powerful sense of unwavering vigor, bringing forth Kenta's energy!

Hair:

The beautifully passionate mane that is Kenta's hair is the must talk of the clan and town. Known to make girls weak in the knees, this vigorous display of lush and beautiful black hair is the trademark of Kenta. While most members of the Lee clan prefer their hair to be within training length at all time Kenta considers it his duty to grow his hair as long as he pleases. No doubt a rallying cry of his youthful teenage years! The hair has been cut in several places to allow for a more groomed appearance, however the majority has been left untouched as to not offend the work of art. Kenta has been known to tie his hair from time to time, occasionally even into a top knot. On extremely rare occasions the boy will even dawn his Hitai-Ate on his forehead... daring child indeed.

Random Attire:

• Kenta's daily attire consistently changes on his needs. He has been known to wear martial arts clothing with flats, loose fitting shorts and shirts, school uniforms, and even an occasional dress ensemble. Overall Kenta does not like to hamper his vigorous youthful energy and his clothing often conveys this belief. All clothes must allow maximum movement at any given time after all!

Daily Attire:

•  Kenta's daily attire flaunts the vitality of the boy, showing off much of Kenta's physique. The upper body is draped in a light forest green vest, a signature color of the Lee Clan, given a unique glowing orange tree branch pattern across the sides and back of the vest. The vest covers remarkably little of Kenta's upper body, showing off his rigid physique (oh to be 14 again!) as well as a large amount of training wounds. He is a Lee member after all! The predominant injuries are generally located on his hands and knuckles, often covered with training tape as to not make the wounds any worse. The lower half of Kenta's body is filled mostly with the boy's favorite pair of KWF (Konoha Wrestling Federation!) shorts. Heralding a magnificent orange and black combination, these boyish shorts also host Kenta's Hitai-Ate (which is interwoven into a larger cloth). Kenta often wears compression shorts beneath his normal shorts to maintain some decency to his outfit.

Physical Description:

Despite Kenta's extreme amount of daily sunlight (how often do you need to run laps!?) the boy is remarkably pale, a genetic tendency for those in the Lee clan. Kenta's genetics make up in other departments, allowing his body to gain a remarkable amount of muscle for his age. Thoroughly cultivated muscles appear across Kenta's physique, signs of a life spent training. This training has also given Kenta a decent amount of scars and wounds. While muscular some may view Kenta on the skinny side due to his devilishly boyish looks

Personality:

As a member of the Lee clan, Kenta has acquired a number of the Lee's personality traits: he is energetic, optimistic, and hot-blooded, and shows the epitome of a "nice guy". He believes that one cannot dislike food and shows strong dedication to his promises; when this promise is broken, just barely, he assigns himself arduous training to prevent it from happening again. Kenta speaks respectfully to others, never using contractions or swear words and always addressing people with appropriate honorifics (except his team-mates, since Kenta feels they are close enough to be spoken to informally). He also carries a small book and pencil to recall advice that Solid gives him over time, as well as to write down mission parameters.

Despite his passionate nature, Kenta has also shown strong instincts, staying focused at the task at hand and rarely losing his composure. He has a keen sense of honor and respects his opponents, refusing to hold grudges against those who have defeated him, and returning favors to those that have helped him. Although Kenta often displays a tough guy demeanor he has been known to gush over smaller things in life such as his love for the hachinin and the Konoha Wrestling Federation, often displaying fanboy tenancies when the moment arrives.

Goals:

• Become leader of the Lee clan!
• Become the first Sennin of his clan in Konohagakure!

• Become strong enough to fight for the one he loves!

• Become the star of the KWF one day!

Likes:

• Manga
• Watching the latest drama unfold in the KWF!
• Training, Training, More Training, and some side Training
• Participating in contests of strength

• Performing missions

Dislikes:

• Those who pick on the weak.
• Those who rely only on natural ability
Failing at the daily training goal (Ugh so frustrating! I'll just do 500 push ups... but if I cant do those 500 push ups i'll run 1000 laps....)
• Letting down his team.
• The wrath of his father.

Fears:

• Failing to protect others.
• Failing himself.
• Never being able to find love.

Lee Hideo | Father| Alive

Father to Kenta and held in high esteem by his son. Hideo does not live the life of a shinobi, having given up the path a long time ago to run a local sushi bar in the heart of Konohagkure. Unlike the majority of the Lee clan Hideo did not have dreams of becoming a powerful shinobi, despite his knack for taijutsu at an early age. No Hideo had the heart of a chef, and wielded his glorious knives to sushi fame in Konohagakure. Hideo's pursuit of his passion deeply inspires Kenta, and the two often help drive the other to be their best. Filling one another with righteous praise and love keeps the two on the path of their beautiful dreams!

Lee Haruta | Mother | Deceased

Mother to Kenta and held in honored esteem by her son. Haruta was a powerful practitioner of the Lotus style in her day. Often seen as one of the rising stars within the Lee clan. Her quick ascension to Jounin made her a prime pick to Sennin status... had the blitzkrieg not occurred. Being a taijutsu user had put Haruta on the front line of defense in an attempt to repel the first assault wave from Kumogakure. The futile defense cost the woman her life, leaving behind her family. It is not uncommon to see pictures of her hanging around Kenta's house. Kenta religiously visits the shrine to pray for her, as well as inform her spirit of his achievements.

Lee Solid | Uncle | Alive

Uncle to Kenta and current head of the Lee Clan. Solid is a close family member, mentor, and companion of Kenta. Due to Kenta being trained initially by Solid, before his admittance into the academy, the two often share a bond only a teacher and student can share. Kenta often looks up to Solid and has gained a great deal of the Lee clan's traits from him. Guts, perseverance, hard work! These are the motto Solid wishes for Kenta to live by. Of course Solid may want to lay off the booze when living life... and remember his age from time to time.

Akasabure Kouta | Hachinin | Alive - Idolized

 Kenta's favorite Hachinin!

Ryuu Kobayashi | KWF Star | Alive - Idolized

Kenta's favorite Konoha Wrestling Federation star! Known for putting his opponent's in the unbreakable Kobayashi Lock! No evil shall escape his might!

Chapter I
 Lee Kenta

“Ah the passion of youth is reborn! Can't you sense that exuberance of vitality!? Wait... Haruta... put down the knife... nooooo” – Lee Hideo at Kenta's Birth

[The following is the rough, rough... very rough outline of Kenta's general story. It is here for approval but will get fleshed out more. No major elements will change and as you can see it is a fairly basic BG. Hope this is okay!

Being born to the illustrious life of the Lee clan sets a child on the path of greatness. Through hard work, guts, and perseverance anything can be accomplished in life. It does not matter if one is a natural born genius or born in the slums. As long as someone is willing to work to change what fate gave them they can write their own history. At least that is the ideology that Kenta was born into.

From birth Kenta was always raised in the extremes often seen within the Lee clan. Want to watch TV? Better do 20 push ups first. Can’t do those push ups? Make 40 laps around the house. What, you missed your TV show? Better make up for that too. This kind of household teaching instills a certain sense of passion in a boy from an early age, and a passionate child Kenta was. Being born to a locally famous sushi chef and a powerful shinobi meant that Kenta had to try twice as hard to get recognition. His mother, Haruta, was a growing star in the Konohagakure Shinobi Corps on the fast track to becoming one of the first Sennin from the Lee. His father, Hideo, on the other hand had decided to pursue a different passion in the art of Sushi. The belief of his parents made the two the best in their fields, and their ideology would be imparted onto Kenta.

As with most children within the Lee clan Kenta was not adept at using any form of Ninjutsu or Genjutsu. While some members simply abandon this art to continue the clan’s legacy in Taijutsu, Kenta’s abilities simply did not exist. Of course Kenta could manipulate chakra, he just simply could not form or mold it. Fortunately for the boy amongst the Lee clan he was considered a genius. Thorough training methods gave way to great results, and under the tutelage of his mentor Solid Lee he would get an early grasp on the Lotus Style technique.

Of course having a bountiful life can only last so long before someone comes along to take things from you. In Kenta’s case the thief was the Kumogakure War. Haruta, a front line soldier due to her heavy Taijutsu specialty, would be the first in a futile line of defense against Kumogakure. Unable to stem the tide of the Kumogakure blitzkrieg, Konoha would call for a massive retreat and regrouping. Unfortunately for Haruta, and many others caught in the heat of the front line, this order came too late as the woman had passionately given her life to spare that of her team.

During the period of Kumogakure rule Kenta and his father would be forced from the village, opting a life of civilian exiles due to their clan heritage. During this time Solid, the clan head as well as Kenta’s uncle, assembled a small group of fighters to protect the exiled civilians. While these times would be trying for the family, Kenta would go on to make many friends across the world due to the international refugee crisis that occurred.

Following the end of the Kumogakure War life would return to a semblance of normality for Kenta. The boy would get to enroll in the local ninja academy as he was destined to do. Like all in his clan he would somehow make it through on the skin of Taijutsu prowess alone.

Remaining Skill Points:

• 10

Hindering Skills:

 Feeble Minded
Effect:
Genjutsu techniques last twice as long on you
Description: Your mind just cannot unravel the mysteries of Genjutsu. You are also not very good at puzzles or word games.
Cost: +2

 Attention Deficit
Bloodline: None
Description: Some ninja just have a harder time keeping their head in the game. New combatants tend to distract them from the ones they are already facing.
Effect: Whenever an enemy's summoned creature enters battle, an enemy's clone(s) enter battle, or when a new enemy enters battle, the user is inflicted with "Distracted" for 1 turn.

Cost: +1

 Sealed Genjutsu
Effect: Cannot use any Genjutsu techniques and may not have any skills (positive or hindering) that give negative effects towards Genjutsu abilities.
Description: Genjutsu is the manipulation of chakra to affect the minds of other beings. Since you can remember, you have been unable to simply make your chakra do these illusions. You can shoot fireballs and break apart the earth just fine, but the finesse at manipulating the mind has always just been out of your reach.
Cost: +2

• Obtrusive
Effect: Attack strikes that target this character in a Team Battle have their Chance to Hit increased by 7%.
Description: Some people just don't fit in. It may be the way that they look, talk, or, in some cases, smell. For whatever reason, somebody with this skill finds it difficult to blend in with the crowd.
Cost: +1

• Skinny
Effect: When targeted by any attack that has a chance of inflicting the status effect ‘Prone’, characters with this skill have a 100% chance of being inflicted with ‘Prone’ for the duration indicated by the attack.
Description: There’s a good chance that any skinny person you encounter is going to be swifter and more agile than their bigger counterparts, but it is equally true that when a tough guy hits a scrawny person they fall down.
Cost: +1

• Subtle Brain Chemistry
Effect: Whenever the user is hit by a Genjutsu, they will suffer 2 turns of "Headache" in addition to the jutsu's effects.
Description: Either due to experimentation, bad genetics, or worse, this user's brain chemistry has been changed been for the worse. When under assault by Genjutsu, the user's brain will translate some of that assault into real pain.
Cost: +1

Beneficial Skills:

 Lotus Style
Effect: Characters with this skill may utilize techniques of the 'Lotus' style, and may gain 'Lotus' charges. 'Lotus' charges may be used in 2 ways.

- 'Lotus' charges may be spent to reduce the cost of a 'Lotus' style technique by 5x% and increase its Base Damage by 10x% (Rounded down). The user is dealt 5x% of their technique's base damage.
- 'Lotus' charges may be spent to perform techniques that require 'Lotus' charges.

Description: Many of the Lotus Style taijutsu techniques take advantage of the extreme power and speed the user gains from opening the chakra gates, most notably the Lotus techniques, many of which begin with a flurry of attacks to force the opponent into the air, followed by a blow that sends the opponent into the ground at high speeds. Hi no Kuni has been the traditional home of this style, its secrets guarded with the ninja elite at a level nearing that of their bloodlines. However, it has been known throughout history for those not of the village to have learned this deadly style of combat.
Requirements: Konoha or 5-Post Training
Cost: -0 [Konoha]

• Path Of The Warrior
Description:
Within every class of shinobi, there are scholars, medi-nin, scouts, and warriors, and of the four, the warriors are the most dedicated. This dedication to their self and their village exhibits itself within the skills of the shinobi over time, and a warrior grows fairly quickly in skill in regards to their peers.
Effect: Gain 1 extra Jutsu Point every other level.

Warrior's Way
Brutal Warrior: May take 2 Ranks of 'Martial Artist' for 1 skill point.
Elegant Warrior: May gain 2 ranks of 'Steadfast Durability' for 1 skill point.

RP Guide: -
A follower of the Path of the Warrior tends to be dedicated to the arts they follow, hoping to become as best a warrior as they can be. A warrior might be a common born, common talent shinobi who trains every hour of every day, or they might be a prodigy who might as well have been born embedded within the arts. The personalities of a warrior vary, though they fight with power more often that tact.
Advanced Paths: Path of the Assassin, Path of the Mercenary, Path of the Warlord.
Cost: -1

Vishnu the Protector | Rank [-]
Effect: Taijutsu from the user will deal an additional 30% base damage. This multiplier, in this case and this case only, allows you to break the base damage cap. The taker of this skill may not use Ninjutsu and may not have any skills that give negative effects towards Ninjutsu abilities.
Description: A blessing, an ideology, a natural talent from birth. Whatever the origin of your ability the end result is always the same. You are the living embodiment of the protector, the bringer of punishments upon your foes. You strike harder and faster than others, a force that is hard to stand against on the battlefield. Only you know the great cost that comes with this power though.
Ranks: -
Cost: -3

 Steadfast Durability | Rank II
Effect: Stamina-Based Techniques cost 5 less Stamina per ninja rank of the technique. This shares ranks with the skill 'Inner Calm'.
Description: Your stamina knows no bounds! Your body is able to push harder and for longer durations than that of your companions.
Ranks: 2
Cost: -1

Martial Artist | Rank II [Lotus]
Effect: Characters with this skill may choose a Taijutsu Style when purchasing a rank of this skill. Taijutsu of the chosen Style deal a bonus +5 damage per ninja rank of the technique (per skill rank). You may choose "Styleless" Taijutsu as your chosen style, which would include any Taijutsu that does not fall under a specific type of fighting style. Basic Attacks deal a bonus +3 damage per strike (per rank).
Description: The various forms of taijutsu in the world take intense and rigorous training to become proficient. The truly powerful taijutsu masters are capable of dealing much more punishing strikes than an untrained practitioner.
Ranks: 2
Cost: -1

Successful | Rank [-]
Effect: Your character begins with $75 extra and monetary mission rewards are 10% higher.
Description: You have come to a point in the world where you are just better off than most. Whether this is from family inheritance or from your own hard work is for you to say, but people envy you!
Ranks: -
Cost: -2

Freelancer | Rank [-]
Effect: Whenever you would gain money, you may gain an additional $3 for every $10 you are given. This does not apply to Trades or Transactions.
Description: Some people are weak willed sheep who'd let someone ream the wool right off their back if the person did it in a kind enough seeming way. Others are wolves, biting at their allies and enemies, making sure they get their cut for every job done. A person with this skill is of the latter sort. They have less 'overhead', and therefore keep a bigger cut of the cash they make.
Ranks: -
Cost: -2

• Born to the Leaf! – Rank [-]
Effect: The skill "Martial Artist; Lotus Style" deals an additional +5 damage per skill rank in "Martial Artist; Lotus Style". This is an overall bonus to skill and does not increase bonus per ninja rank.
Description: The strength of the Lotus Style is a hallmark of the Leaf Village as well as the focal point of the Lee clan. Most members were born without the affinity, or care, for the arts of NInjutsu or Genjutsu. As such they devoted their lives to mastering and perfecting their Taijutsu, passing on their knowledge and technique to each generation that followed. The fruit of their devotion and hard work have shown that even natural genius can be overcome.
Cost: -1

• The Lotus of the Leaf Village! – Rank [-]
Effect: This skill activates during the user's first set-up phase of battle. For the next (3) turns whenever the user would gain a Lotus Charge from a Lotus Style technique they gain (1) additional "Lotus Charge" from said technique.
Description: Indoctrinated into the Lotus Style since birth, you have become one with your Taijutsu. As any in the Lee clan can attest to hard work and lots of practice have put you in the best physical state of your life. It helps that you have millennia of knowledge, but your persistence is what truly got you to this point. Perhaps that is why you enter into a battle always warmed up and ready to go? You may not always be mentally prepared for a fight, but your body’s muscle memory from years of practice will more than make up for it.
Cost: -1

Springtime of Youth! – Rank I
Effect: Characters with this skill permanently gain 200 Stamina per rank in this skill. This skill may not be taken with the skill "Stamina Training".
Description: Ah… youth is a wonderful thing. Why in your older years you may not be able to “run” around the village on your hands, but in your youth you do so with a smile on your face and an extra 100 kg to your body! Returning from a mission? It wouldn’t be interesting if you didn’t carry your entire team’s luggage with your sensei attached to your front! The point is the Lee clan excels in… “unique” forms of training that the average shinobi just simply do not do. Of course their maddening training provides them with a large benefit of stamina that most normal shinobi cannot even fathom.
Maximum Ranks: 5
Cost: -2
Requirement: Rank I

Effect: When this technique is used, the user may remove 1 instance of ‘Bound: Arm’, ‘Bound: Paired Arms’, ‘Shackled: Leg’, or ‘Shackled: Paired Legs’ that is currently effecting them. This technique may be used once per battle.
Description: An academy staple, the Rope Escape Technique is taught to young ninja in case the unthinkable should happen, and they are captured. The details of the technique are simple, and often described as using whatever means at one’s disposal to escape their bindings, be it a kunai to cut rope, or talented use of muscle control to slip free of them. This technique is extremely difficult to accomplish in the heat of battle, more than one successful attempt while in combat is unlikely.

Coalescence:  [2; Konoha Senpū] If used as a Coalescence technique, increase the base damage per strike to 40. This technique has a -10% chance to hit and generates an additional Lotus Charge whether or not it successfully strikes its target.
Description: A signature Taijutsu technique within Konohagakure’s Lotus Style wherein the user launches a succession of rotating kicks. The first strike of this combo is always a high kick that serves as a feint and is deliberately easy to dodge, allowing the user to take advantage of the opponent’s reaction and follow up with a series of low kicks. Though the technique is not dramatically powerful by itself, it tends to knock an opponent off guard and leave the user in a stance that allows for a very effective Lotus style followup. Konoha Senpū’s elegantly simple design allows it be used easily individually or as a part of a combination attack.

• Kage Buyou | Shadow Leaf Dance | 影舞葉
Type: Taijutsu [Konoha; Lotus]
Rank: Gennin
Cost: 50 Stamina
Damage: N/A
Effect: The opponent is 'Vulnerable'.
Description: A technique used to attach the user to their opponents shadow. Once done, the victim is in a vulnerable position to a more damaging attack. Such as Initial Lotus or less advanced attacks, like the Lion Combo.
Points: 3

• Twisting Lotus
Type: Taijutsu [Lotus]
Rank: Gennin
Cost: 40 Stamina
Damage: 80
Effect: This technique has -10% chance to hit unless the opponent is 'Ensnared'.
Description: Through her deliberate movements and style, the user can get the most effective amount of force from her strikes. Jumping into the air, the user will twist their body to get the full force of their momentum into their kick, but because they are exerting themselves so much while twisting in the air, a person tends to loose their balance on the landing making it harder to strike their opponent.
Points: 2

• Konoha Reppū | 木ノ葉烈風 | Tree Leaf Gale
Type: Taijutsu [ Lotus | Hijutsu; Konoha ]
Rank: Genin
Cost: 60 Stamina
Damage: 25
Effect: Inflicts (1) turn of “Exposed”
Description: A signature Taijutsu technique within Konohagakure’s Lotus Style wherein the user launches a singular rear spinning low kick. When applied by a strong user the attack is capable of sending an opponent spiraling out of control, causing lack of balance. The deceptively simple technique is not all that powerful but slows the opponent down enough for the user to launch additional Taijutsu style finishers, particularly of the Lotus Style.

Chunin-Rank Taijutsu:

• Omote Renge | Front Lotus | 表蓮華

Type: Taijutsu [Lotus]
Rank: Chuunin
Cost: 100 Stamina, 1 Lotus Charge
Damage: 100
Effect: The Initial Gate (1st Gate) must be open to perform. +100 Accuracy for this attack. If this attack is 'blocked' it deals normal damage.
Description: This jutsu requires opening the first chakra gate, giving the user up to five times their normal strength. Having prepared for the jutsu by unwrapping the bandages on his arms, the user kicks his opponent into the air, and then performs Shadow of the Dancing Leaf. Once he is behind his opponent, he then wraps the arm bandages around them, and grabs them in a bear hug, then pile drives them into the ground while spinning rapidly. The resulting impact will likely kill his opponent, though this has yet to happen due to extenuating circumstances. Because it uses one of the chakra gates, the user is left extremely fatigued, making this jutsu a "double-edged sword."
Points: 4

• Ura Renge | Reverse Lotus | 裏蓮華

Type: Taijutsu [Lotus]
Rank: Chuunin
Cost: 90 Stamina, 2 Lotus Charges
Damage: 150
Effect: The Life Gate (3rd Gate) must be open to perform. If this attack is 'blocked' it deals normal damage. If the target is hit, it deals critical damage. If the user misses, they are left 'Vulnerable' and 'Stunned' for one turn. This technique may only be used once per battle.
Description: This jutsu is an advanced and more destructive version of the Front Lotus, which requires that at least three chakra gates be opened. Once enough gates are open, the user launches the target into the air and hits them with one arm and one foot, sending the target crashing into the ground. This is usually fatal due to the speed and power behind the attack. Because so many chakra gates are opened at once, it can only be used once, since the user will likely be unable to stand afterward.
Points: 4

• Shuuyou Kage | Stalking Shadow

Type: Taijutsu [Konoha; Lotus]
Rank: Chuunin
Cost: 55 Stamina, 1 Lotus Charge
Damage: 75
Effect: The user will deal 60% of the total damage this turn to the opponent and then an additional 60% of the total damage of this technique the following turn. The user takes 20% of the total damage of this technique.
Description: With a technique nearly too powerful for a Chuunin to fully utilize, the user slips around behind their target and grabs both their arms and twists them while driving their foot into the square of their back. Lifting off, the user tosses the target over their head and slams them into the ground, while often injuring themselves in the process. When the target moves again they will suffer a backlash from their muscles being torn.
Points: 2

• Konoha Otoshi | 木ノ葉落とし| Tree Leaf Drop
Type: Taijutsu [ Lotus | Hijutsu; Konoha ]
Rank: Chunin
Cost: 64 stamina + X Charges
Damage: 100
Effect: This technique increases its critical hit by 25x%, where x is equal to the lotus charges spent on this technique. Maximum of (1) Lotus Charge may be spent on this technique.
Description: Another signature Taijutsu technique within Konohagakure’s Lotus Style wherein the user launches an aerial combo. The first strike of the combo sends the opponent in the air with  leg upper-cut, often after an opponent has been knocked off guard by a previous technique. Once the opponent has reached the peak of their height the user follows through with a powerful downward kick on their opponent. This jutsu is capable of inflicting tremendous damage when utilized in the proper combination, often crippling an opponent in place.
Points: 4

• Konoha Raiken | 木ノ葉ライ県| Tree Leaf Thunder Fist
Type: Taijutsu [ Lotus | Hijutsu; Konoha ]
Rank: Chunin
Cost: 100 Stamina
Damage: 120
Effect: User gains (1) additional Lotus Charge when this technique successfully hits an opponent.
Description: A signature Taijutsu technique within Konohagakure’s Lotus Style wherein the user launches themselves into an aerial spin before smashing the opponent with a powerful fist. When launched with a large amount of momentum the user is capable of generating significant force into their punch. The deceptively simple technique is not all that powerful but opens the opponent up to additional Taijutsu techniques and finishers.
Points: 4

• Hayabusa Otoshi | ハヤブサ落とし| Peregrine Falcon Drop
Type: Taijutsu [style-less | Dynamic Trap]
Rank: Chunin
Cost: 100 Stamina
Damage: 150
Effect: If the user of this technique possesses the skill 'Lotus Style' they may treat this technique as if it were of the 'Lotus' style. The user of this technique may choose to spend 50 additional Stamina or 1 ‘Lotus Charge’ to afflict the target with 1 turn of the status effect ‘Stunned’.
Condition: The target of this technique must be airborne (3.16), and afflicted with the status effect ‘Exposed’.
Description: A rare Taijutsu technique within Konohagakure’s Lotus Style wherein the user attacks an air born opponent by grabbing their ankles and wrapping their legs around the opponent’s waist. While in the air the user puts the opponent into a powerful rotation where they drive the opponent’s head into the ground. The technical Taijutsu is derived from a Sharingan copy of the Omote Renge performed by Uchiha Sasuke, however the technique has recently found its way into the repertoire of Lotus Style technique. Some users have modified the technique further, allowing for it be used on the ground, however it is clear that the aerial assault allows for more damage to an opponent.
Points: 4

• Konoha Daisenpū | 木ノ葉大旋風 | Tree Leaf Great Whirlwind

Type: Taijutsu [ Lotus | Multi-hit | Hijutsu; Konoha ]

Rank: Chūnin

Cost: 20x + 35 Stamina

Damage: 30 per Strike

Effect: This technique may not possess more than 5 Strikes; x is equal to the number of strikes made minus one (1). The final strike of this technique deals an additional 5 base damage per previous strike made.

Description: Another signature Taijutsu technique used by Konohagakure’s Lotus Style wherein the user launches a rapid series of rotating kicks. Unlike its precursor, the Konoha Senpū, this technique  possesses no feints and begins with a low kick. After the initial kick, the user will continue to spin and elevate their kicks, with each subsequent kick increasing in speed and lifting the target off of the ground. The final strike in Konoha Daisenpū is a heel drop that slams the opponent into the ground from high above; because of its reliance upon the target’s buoyancy, the final strike of Konoha Daisenpū can deal significantly more damage than its predecessors with the aid of gravity.

 Kenta's Hitai-Ate

Armor Type: Plate
Effect: Chakra Resistance
Description: Kenta's own unique version of the hitai-ate; created by removing the plate from it's previous cloth and placing it on a much larger black cloth, allowing Kenta to wear the headband around his waist loosely. During Kenta's visit to the Konoha hitai-ate production factory he was able to witness the unique bonding process that allowed for the headbands to become naturally resistant to certain kinds of chakra. Intrigued by these possibilities Kenta decided to go ahead and have his headband reforged with a resistance to the most basic of chakra elements.

I was told due to the wording you can have both as neither give negative or positive effects to ninjutsu?

Edited by Leon
Posted (edited)

It's the wording on Vishnu that I'm seeing, not Sealed Ninjutsu? I would personally consider not being able to use ninjutsu a negative effect towards Ninjutsu abilities. Plus doubling up on 'no ninjutsu ever' effects seems a little odd to me.

EDIT: Abilities in the Glossary isn't just limited to techniques, but skills, items, any trait a character has. So I'd class 'ability to use ninjutsu' under that.
