Cost: 8 • Whaling Roar Type: Genjutsu [ Time Archetype ] Rank: Chunnin Cost: 140 Chakra Damage: 90 Ghost Damage Effect: Target is Fazed for 1 Turn, Stunned for 1 Turn, and Loses 5 Speed for 1 Turn. Description: With a massive, concussive sonic sound, the ninja will make a roaring sound that sounds very similar to a whale’s loud, guttural roar. Those on the receiving end will be physically halted by the sound’s intensity and the throbbing pain in their skulls. Then a bit of Genjutsu fuckery will ensure that the sound appears to keep happening on loop. Cost: 5 • Blind Man’s Worry Type: Genjutsu [ Time Archetype ] Rank: Chunnin Cost: 115 Chakra Damage: 10 Ghost Damage Effect: Inflicts “Blind” for 2 Turns. Target Loses 5 Accuracy for 2 Turns. Description: The ninja will blow a concentrated stream of air into their target’s face. The breath is laced with chakra and aimed at the eyes, and for a brief period of time, the target will find themselves unable to see. Cost: 4 Costs!
