All instances of "Quarantine; Ninjutsu" are removed from the user. Description: Utilizing this technique, the shinobi is able to force their brain to ignore or completely remove hindrances that do not allow them to manipulate Ninjutsu. A supplementary technique many shinobi learn to protect their ability to fight. Points: 6 jp Illusion Technique; Quick Kunai | Genjutsu; Jinsoku Kunai | 幻術・迅速クナイ Type: Genjutsu [General] Rank: Chuunin Cost: 100 Chakra Damage: 85 Ghost Damage Effect: Target is inflicted with "Migraine" for 1 turn. This technique’s chance ‘To-Hit’ is considered 0% against targets that are under the status effect ‘Blind’. Description: A simple technique the makes the target thing a kunai has been thrown at them so quickly that the thrower didn't even move. PandaMattMatt Posted May 28, 2017 Author Posted May 28, 2017 First one: Quarantine ninjutsu normally costs 40 cp, but to remove status effects, you pay 1.5x. so 40 *1.5 = 60. 60 *3 = 180 cp Sealless is 1.3x total cp so 180 *.3 = 54 -> 55 for cleanliness. Second One: Damage: 85/5*4 = 68 Headache = 15 cp Blind Thing: gave a 10 cp discount for this so: 68+15 = 83 - 10 = 73 -> 75 cp

cntrstrk14 Posted August 20, 2017 Posted August 20, 2017 I am very hard pressed to give any kind of bonus for this having no chance to hit a Blind opponent. It's extremely unlikely someone will 'Blind' themselves in response, and if they are already afflicted with 'Blind you would simply not use this. I like the flavor of it, but this is really stretching what I would consider for it even at 8 Chakra. I am going to approve this but I want it to be clear that 8 Chakra is like a crazy stretch for this kind of a small bonus and that this should not be used as an example of how to stack useless effects to get minor stacking gains. The flavor fits here and the bonus is very small but this can't just be thrown on any jutsu just to get small bonuses like this. Approved
