Effect: Because the rib cage surrounds the uchiha, their defensive capabilities sky rocket with the activation of Susanoo, the resulting immunity to ninjutsu and taijutsu attacks is close to impenetrable. The stats of this summon are added onto the Uchiha Summoners stats for the duration the summon remains on the field. 
Description: The most basic of the different power levels of the susanoo summons, but if used correctly, it could be one of the most powerful. Because in this form the rib cage is the only part of the Susanoo that is created, it is filled with all of the summoners chakra that was expended to bring it to life, more chakra then it would be constructed of when the arms and head/torso are made, it still has a near impenetrable defense, but when it is only the rib cage the defensive capabilities of it are even more durable than other forms. 
Requirements: May only be taken by a Susanoo summon.

Effect: The Susanoo summon may take Chidori, Raikiri, and any deriving techniques that the summoner posses without the corresponding training requirements or SP cost (because of paying for this skill).  
Description: When the susanoo summoner has the training thats necessary to be able to use CHidori and Raikiri, they are able to have the susanoo channel chidori and Raikiri onto the susanoos hands to create an even more destructive finisher attack due to the summons size and strength. 
Requirements: May only be taken by a Susanoo summon. The summoner must possess the skills Chidori Training Control, Chidori training Momentum, and Chidori Training Poise.

Went ahead and revised the effect for Thunder Gods Blessing to be a little bit smoother. Unsure exactly what you were wanting on ultimate defense?

Effect: This summon is now considered as having the skills "Chidori Training Control", "Chidori Training Momentum", and "Chidori Training Pose" and may purchase techniques associated with these skills. All techniques, skills, or abilities granted by this skill must be known by the "Summoner" to be used while summoned.

Ultimate Defense: This is ridiculously unbalanced. Susanoo already comes with a core skillset that makes them protect the summoner from a good portion of the damage that gets dealt to them, and the more defense the Susanoo has the more damage gets blocked. Just straight up stacking a bunch of stats onto a character that already has an Advance System active isn't going to happen. 

Thunder God: Nope. There are mechanical ways to achieve a Susanoo-esque Chidori without making a skill that gives them universal use of a legendary technique. Like I said before. If you make a "Susanoo; Chidori", and make it just a coalescence jutsu that requires another character to be using the basic Chidori, then you have Shinji and Susanoo both using Chidori together, but there's no reason a Summon should be able to do a skill-locked technique by themselves.
