Susano'o; Raikiri | He With The Ability To Help By All Means; Lightning Cutter | 須佐能乎; 雷切

Effect: This technique may only be performed if the coalescence conditions have been met:

- Coalescence [2; Raikiri]: Increase the base damage of the technique 'Raikiri' by +160 damage. When determining the effects of the technique 'Raikiri' combine both user's Speed statistics into a single value. 

Description: Through rigorous training and mastery over the control and manipulation of the Susano'o technique, there have been a hand full of people throughout history that mastered it to the point of being able to channel techniques and jutsu they were extremely experienced with through the Susanoo itself, this takes hundreds of hours of practice to achieve, but the end result in incredibly powerful. Most famously, Uchiha Sasuke on several occassions channeled the lightning cutter technique through his Susanoos fist. Though the Chidori is already a potent technique requiring immaculate chakra control, exceptional users have occasionally discovered a method of pushing the Chidori beyond its limits. By increasing both the amount of chakra present in the technique and the fine control of the chakra’s distribution, the Chidori evolves into the Raikiri. In its evolution, the Chidori loses its signature chirping and shifts from a white coloration to a more natural blue hue; additionally, the Raikiri’s form becomes less erratic and branching, instead being focused clearly around the user’s hand as a still shapeless but defined shroud of potent Lightning Nature Chakra. Raikiri possesses much of the same effects and limitations as its parent, the Chidori, but simply performs on an elevated level.
Requirements: Requirements: Can only be taken by a Susanoo Summon.

This will be easier if you do it like the Current of Oil and Flame on the mainsite. You can now use Raikiri with Susanoo as part of Coalescence, and the only thing that happens is its damage gets buffed and you combine the speed values. There might be other effects that could be buffed in Raikiri, but this seems pretty par for the course, I guess. I dunno. It's basically just Raikiri and a buffer for Raikiri. Less words.

Since this increases Raikiri damage, shouldn't it have no damage of it's own?

Okay, so I would like this to go down to +160 damage instead of +175. Coalescence allows you to go up to 150% of the damage cap, which is 320 for Ninjutsu. Because Raikiri is a skill locked jutsu it was allowed to break the damage cap by 30 points, but I don't think that this add on should also be able to add onto that as well. So if we move that down to 160 that means you are paying ~45 Chakra to add the Speed to the attack. It's a bit weird allowing a not skill locked jutsu add to a skill locked jutsu in this way, but that price seems fair. You would need 900 Speed to break even if it was raw damage, and because its not raw damage it goes even further over that "damage cap" that Raikiri already pushes. I think this is probably fine though, and it's pretty cool so I'm fine with this as is. So 150 Chakra and +160 damage will get my approval.
