Effect: Once per turn, the wielder of this weapon may choose to pay 5% of their total Chakra during any phase as a Free Action to unequip this weapon and equip any other weapon with the 'Demon Shadow Weapon' Type owned by the wielder. On the turn that this ability is used to equip this weapon, the wielder increases their Block Range by +10, and any successful blocks reduce physical damage by 60%.
Description: Muramasa, the Demon Shadow Weapon is a storied blade with many conflicting legends. Some stories call it a sickle, while others believe it to be a massive shuriken, or even a katana. The truth of the Muramasa though, is that it has many distinct shapes. As the purest form of assassination tools, Muramasa is capable of altering its form. In its Anjin form, Muramasa takes the shape of a short-bladed tanto and possesses superior defensive qualities.

Form One: Sealed Darkness
Effect: This weapon is the only weapon of the 'Demon Shadow Weapon' type that may be equipped without use of the 'Multi-Form' special attribute. All weapons of the 'Demon Shadow Weapon' type that are owned by the wielder have a level equal to the level of this weapon. As long as this weapon is owned by the wielder all other weapons of the ‘Demon Shadow Weapon’ type do not take up Item Slots. If at any time a weapon of the 'Demon Shadow Weapon' type is destroyed, all weapons of the 'Demon Shadow Weapon' type owned by the wielder are also considered destroyed.
Description: Anjin is the sealed state of the Muramasa and it is the basest form of the weapon. While it may take other shapes, based on the desire of the wielder, the new form's power is relative to the power of Dark Fragment. It is believed that each time the wielder of the Muramasa defeats an opponent, the weapon absorbs the strongest quality of that foe.

Description: The name Muramasa was not originally attributed to a weapon. During the Warring-States period, a shinobi of no small repute used that name. She was known as one of the deadliest assassins of her age, and for good reason. She possessed an unrivaled level of skill with shinobi weaponry and her ability to infiltrate almost any area was said to be unearthly. Of course, there were few ninja who survived long during that era, and though she had made a name for herself, Muramasa eventually became marked for death.

During a mission, she was left mortally wounded, and rather than let herself be killed by her enemies, she sealed all of her remaining chakra within the tanto that she most often used to carry out her missions. In doing so, she created a weapon that, while not entirely sentient, housed a portion of her spirit.

The Muramasa, as the weapon came to be named after her, became something unique. A weapon of unparalleled lethality, capable of taking on the strongest attributes of the foes that it’s wielder slays as if striving to live up to the reputation of the woman that empowered the weapon.

The Dark Blade form of the Muramasa is an unassuming weapon that is better suited for guarding oneself than outright offensives. It takes the form of a short-bladed tanto with a deep purple wrapping on the hilt. The metal of the blade is dark, but not so dark as to appear unnatural.

I think in all these are both fine and well costed, but their value is hugely going to depend on what the other weapons can do. So I'm going to say approved. If this needs a cost adjustment later it'll be pulled and that requested.
