Description: This technique is used by Uchiha Shinji and his Susanoo, one of the barriers in his jutsu arsenal for his combination attacks. Using his lightning natured chakra, he creates a wall of continuous lightning bolts that would blow back anyone who attempts to break through it, sending thousands of volts of electricity through their body.

Fixing format error

Canonically, Lightning jutsu are weak to Wind attacks.

Ha whoops, I figured earth grounds electricity, logic'd too hard. Changed!

Genin usually can't make barriers, so this will need modmins to approve it. Is there a precedent that you drew this from, out of curiosity?

Nope lol, and now that you said that made sense why I didnt see any, Pulled the gennin version, I was just making it for gennin jutsu for the summons to have since its more limited on chunin/jonin+

• You probably want to change the names to be I and II and not II and III. 
• The Chuunin one should be 4 JP. 
• The Jounin one should be 2 JP. 5 / 2 rounded down. 
• Assuming you are okay with adding the weakness of Wind elements deal damage for flavor without any benefits this looks good then.
