Throat Cutter [$?]- The first attack made with this weapon in a battle is treated as if it was a dynamic trap with its conditions metand has an extra 15% chance to critically strike; after this effect is used the weapon is considered un-equipped. 
Vivisection [$?]- Any bleed status effects caused by this weapon are extended by an additional turn, this effect may only trigger once per turn. 

Description:  A variation on the standard Kunai that is used by all shinobi, this was commissioned by Haisei Sasaki after he had been promoted to Jonin, the idea was to create a weapon based off the design of brass knuckles, in the sense that it is held between your fingers/hand, but instead of having them conform to his knuckles like they would normally, instead he has an extremely sharp [Haisei often kept the edge coated with a strong poison] blade that goes between his middle and ring finger, it extends four inches and has the edges on both sides filed to razor sharp edges, several quick fluid hits with this puncturing his target near vital organs would put them down for the count in a matter of seconds if he could clip an artery with it. His Kagune tails made maneuvering that much easier than it may have been for an average Shinobi that wasnt one of the red children.

You've given the weapon 3 different types here. Not sure what's going on with that, but this would probably be classified as a Katar from the picture, and from the description, it would certainly not be a weapon that had Small Design, what with the 18 feet of chain connected to it. That description also doesn't really fit the picture, and classifies it as something completely different that is outside my weaponslore.

The description was left over from the other weapon i made, ten thousand power chain, I hadnt changed it at all from that yet, its not connected by chain or anything like that, like the picture, its a shiv you grasp like brass knuckles in your palm. Used for quick strikes to vital points. So the metal rod going outwards with the blade is between your middle and ring finger letting the fingers fall into the curved grip. 

 

Its meant to be like a pseudo brass knuckles with a razor sharp blade in the middle coming out from the grip, for quick jabs near vital organs.
