Effect: This attack has 3 strikes. If the third kunai hits, the opponent experiences Impaired Eyesight for one turn. 
Description: Ikko creates a genjutsu that makes the opponent believe he is throwing numerous kunai at them. Once the kunai shuriken hits the opponent, it explodes in cloud of smoke. The smoke causes the opponent to struggle to see for a short period.

I'm taking a second glance at this, I need to temporarily redact my approval.

 

In your effect it says "this attack has 3 attacks. Each attack deals 15 Ghost damage per hit." 

 

First! Please remove the second line of your effect. This is already stated in your damage portion and does not need to be stated again in the effects.

 

Second! Please change to say "This attack has 3 strikes." Strikes and attacks are very different things in NA terms, so we just gotta make sure this conforms to the system. For clarity, an Attack is the offensive action itself where as Strikes are the smaller bits that make up the entire attack. So 1 weapon Attack can be 3 weapon Strikes. However, since quite a few things (including status effects and skills) are balanced based on whether they trigger Per Strike or Per Attack, it is important to distinguish the two!
