This is a list of all the people in charge of various important aspects of the game. If you're ever uncertain of who is in charge of a particular canon part of the game you can check this list to find out! If you have any questions feel free to contact staff directly. Kage vs. Staff Contact? Each village has two parts to it. There is the kage of the village, who is the in character leader, and there is a staff member who is in charge of the village. The staff member is the contact to make sure the village has anything that is needed on a very high level. The person who controls the kage is in charge of the in character interactions and direction that the village will take. When the staff member and kage are different people, the staff member often takes a back seat in responsibilities and is only there as a primary contact and resource. Currently all PC kage are also staff members, but that is not a rule nor even ideal. We hope in the future for non staff members to reach the title of Kage. A Curator is a member who is in charge of a canon creation and champions its improvements and upkeep. In the case of a clan, they act as the clan head as if they were the owner and make decisions in the same way. For other creations, for all intents and purposes they are treated as the owner of that creation. If at any point a member feels that a Curator is not being fair with their responsibilities they may appeal a decision to the rest of staff. Curators may only be appointed by staff. The key difference between a Curator and a Owner/Head of a creation is that the staff are actually in charge of the creation and can overrule any decisions made if the staff believes it is better for the game.
