On a roll of 1-15, that ninjutsu also applies "Induced Regeneration: X" for 2 turns, where X is equal to half of the user's level. This effect is only active while the headband is being worn. Description: An archaic headband from the time of the 4th Great Shinobi War, when all nations banded together under a single banner to fight off an evil greater than themselves. Somehow, this headband has withstood the test of time. Rather than a village symbol, it simply possesses the kanji for "Shinobi" ( 忍 ). With Thundermail Type: Armor Placement: Chest Effect: +100 Defense Description: A simple chainmail shirt used by thousands of shinobi the world over. While the idea has remained the same, the style changes depending on where you are in the world. This particular variant is from the Chuunin Exams when they were hosted by Kumogakure no Sato. Instead of standard rings, this chainmail is actually thousands of tiny lightning bolts linking together. A subtle, but impressive touch. And Sunagakure Jounin Medical Vest Type: Armor Placement: Chest Effect: +80 Defense | +80 Evasion | +25 Item Slots Description: An over-vest worn by medical shinobi of Jounin Rank. It has a high collar rather than extended shoulder. On each side of the collar, there is a small red cross that signifies the wearer as a medic. On the front of the vest are several compartments which allows quick and easy access to necessary medical supplies. The Sunagakure village symbol is stitched into the area just above where the wearer's heart would be when wearing the jacket. While the vest was created using the standard design of the Sunagakure Jounin, it has a high collar with a red cross on either side of the neck labeling Junsei as a medical ninja. On the back of the vest is an intricately woven sigil of his clan. A lotus with concentric rings at the base. As the Hanamajo Clan Head, Junsei proudly displays his clan symbol everywhere he goes. However, the crest is no simple decoration. Imbued with a powerful ninjutsu, the Lotus glows brightly in reaction to Junsei's medical chakra, granting him a boost in his healing capabilities.
