JP cost reduction is usually only an option for either very specific types of jutsu [ie; the jutsu of this specific style or element...] or for clans which are solely focused around a specific type of jutsu. As a general rule of thumb, for very broad types of jutsu (puppet jutsu is included here, as... they can be used for pretty much literally any jutsu type, including basically every element and taijutsu) JP cost reduction is not an option.
PandaMattMatt Posted September 23, 2018 Posted September 23, 2018 Lan is correct. however, if you would like to tighten up your Jutsu range to be (only for example) Fire Element Puppet techniques, it'd be more acceptable. That way not just every puppet tech, but only the specific Fire Element Puppet techs would work. the more specific the better!
