Effect: Scrolls Bought by this character are considered to be ranked. Small scrolls are Rank 1, Large scrolls are Rank 2, and Giant scrolls are Rank 3. Whenever this character buys a scroll, they may choose to purchase an additional scroll one rank lower than the scroll they buy for .5x its base cost. Scrolls in this fashion may not be sold. Instead of more access to scrolls, at chuunin this character gets a discount on scrolls they buy, but scrolls they buy with this skill cannot be sold. Boom. Hindering so people can't abuse it and it seems like a nice skill at the price of 2 SP. (though my pricing is disjointed. so i may need help with that)
