Celes Posted May 19, 2020 Posted May 19, 2020 (edited) Quintus Breakthrough Though the conception of the Five Release secret technique, Kirasei, was devised to temporarily push Sarutobi Hayate's mastery of the elements to rival that of his renowned ancestor Sarutobi Hiruzen, it presented an unexpected side effect. With the technique's use, the forced exposure to otherwise foreign elemental affinities eventually bestowed the body and the chakra it houses with the ability to harness said affinities naturally. While time and experience is a necessity to unlock this potential, possessing all five affinities becomes an inevitability. Effect: Characters with this skill may take a third Elemental Specialty at level 90, a fourth Elemental Specialty at level 100 and a fifth Elemental Specialty at level 110 by completing ten (10) post training for each. Requirements: Tertius Heritage. Goton Hijutsu; Kirasei. Cost: -4 Quote So I was told to pursuit something like this through a personal skill rather than it being transferred to the new set of Sarutobi skills from the old set (which honestly was my original intention on becoming a Sarutobi). In any case, the AS itself already grants all five Elemental Specialties so this was just an extension of its effect that increases Elemental Specialties that are possessed. Based off of most skills that pertain to gaining additional Elemental Specialties, it seemed consistent enough that each costs approximately 2 SP. With Tertius Heritage granting one specialty in itself, the other two are granted through this skill for 4 SP. Edited May 11, 2021 by Celes Quote

This is obviously conditional on the AS being approved as well, so I'm slapping a quick moratorium on further approvals here until the AS is ready to go. (Though, if anyone has any opinions on this, they're of course free to still post them here.
