Numbers look good! You have Lightning in the name of the technique, but if you want to make the damage considered of the Lightning element (so you can apply you SE: Lightning skill to it), you want to add Lightning into the tag. The tag is a series of brackets in the Type section for you to specify the archetype/element/tai style that is applied to the technique.

 

If you want these to be Lightning, you can change them to:

Right now without tags they're considered void damage. Let me know if that's what you were thinking and I can approve!
