almondsAndRain Posted January 15, 2021 Posted January 15, 2021 You have the numbers in the names switched. Anyway, the Genin one needs to cost 47 Chakra and have a JP of 3. Haste is 35 and 15 stat increase at a 4:5 ratio is 12. The Chuunin one costs... Two turns of Haste is 70 CP. Two turns of +15 Evasion at a 2:3 ratio is 20 CP. So that's 90 CP, before accounting for the AoE you have listed in the tag. A normal multiplier (x3) or one that would only affect you and your allies (x4, because it's the opposite of an offensive AoE) would both push you well above the 150 cap.
almondsAndRain Posted January 15, 2021 Posted January 15, 2021 Their names are still reversed. Normally I wouldn't care what they were called, but you have the Chuunin one listed as evolving from itself. Anyway, the first one's math checks out. The second is costed as if it only targets allies, but does not mention that. If it targets everyone, reduce the Chakra cost to 60 and JP to 2 [Evolving 1]. If it only targets you and allies, please have it say so in the effect.
