Cloudnine Posted January 27, 2021 Posted January 27, 2021 Rebuke and Wail look good- just note for summons the double-costed techs count as 2 Chuunin techs when building the lower level summons with technique rank limits. Pounding Percussion: 40CP for damage at a 4:5 ratio gets me 50 ghost damage
