The sound wave created launches toward the target. Upon impact, the sound wave bursts. Cost: 4 JP Math: 40 (Clobbered) + 20 (Staggered) + 20 (Damage) = 80 Impactful Chirp Type: Ninjutsu [Sound l Hijutsu; Grasshoppers] Rank: Genin Cost: 80 Chakra Damage: 60 Effect: Target is afflicted with two (2) turns of ‘Startled.’ Description: The user sends a sound wave through a chirp made with their hind legs towards their target.
