Question

I just made this sig right, but its not coming out the way i want, i dont know if its just my newbishness on Ps or if its a general problem for seasoned vets but; How do you make the BACKGROUND layer invisible? you know to make it an 'un-framed', free floating sig

wish i knew how to make a sig. Why would you rid the old one sharinkugan?

You usually either set the sig to .gif format and outline with sorta like a frame type thing, with like the color og the bg of the forum. OR if you can set it to .png and thats all. .png only works and is good if you are using firefox or something. Any other thing like say Internet Explorer will make .png files on the invis. part have ugly teal colored bgs.

Done the whole gif thing. i guess i'm getting there steadily. I done everything on PS on my own till now (Like, no tutorials, faqs etc), maybe i should've but i dunno, i think i'm alright at this.

@crim: i'm by no means getting rid of my 'Sharinkugan' sig, that one was probably my best to date but i needed one to comply with the new s/n.

@MD: if it were only that easy eh?
