1. Since I don't officially have a team, nor a jounin trainer for that matter, I can do all the self training (as alloted by my character's NRG, etc.) as I want, or do I need to specify my inentions with a staffie?

2. If, say, I wanted to learn a jutsu, do I have to ask a staffie for permission to learn it myself? Would it be better to have an NPC teach it?

3. Let's say that I gain X TXP one day. Two weeks later, my character has advanced a level from a battle (or something) and has (for the sake of the question) aged a year. I want to do some more training with the character, even so I would continue on the previous training thread that I'd made two weeks ago, correct?

1) FYI: You cannot train without TST. NRG no long exists. The main site hasn't been changed for sometime now which makes a lot of the rules confusing.

2) You only need permission to learn a customized justu from its creator. Some justu require NPC training, but it's not for all.

1) You HAVE to have a jounin teacher before any training is done.

2) You need no staff permission and it would be best to have an npc there to teach you. You must have a technique slot though.

Cliff, you have to continue in the same thread unless training with a group or in a new location. This creates less clutter on the board.

You cannot do anything until you've completed Jounnin training.

TST= teachers survival training, after you finsih that your free to do whatever you want, missions, training, etc

Simplest way to end the waiting game would be to PM a mod and ask them to be your jounin.

i wouldnt say more powerful characters, almost half of our village never does anything and kiri has a Uchiha which is very confusing, (has anybody been here long enough to tell me how that happened or is it to long of a story)

In general Konoha has more powerful characters. We have one character that's above level 20 where you have more than three or had.

His background makes little sense if you were to read it; of course that si only my opinion.

Kiri has the strongest Uchiha (I believe), due to Lemon doing anything in his power to keep Mizujin leet.*

i thought i was in before kuratg...i was approved and was just waiting to be moved to the village but i've been waiting for a week now...

You should've PMed a Mod/Admin to move you before. People forget things over time and aren't always active. Mistakes happen. Best bet is to simply sit quietly and wait for another spot to open in Konoha. OR, you can simply choose another village for the time being and create a whole new character sheet.

i did i PMed ^__^ and he said the reason i wasn't moved was i had to form a team so i said i would and now that there were people avalible i PMed them and we put together a team and would post it when we got in

Raizen, I really don't want to remove ya from the team, but what was that whole 'locked' thing about in your character sheet thing?

Some mods use locked as an indicator that a character has been approved and they should be moved.
