Cloudnine Posted February 22, 2006 Posted February 22, 2006 (edited) Chant of Palladin by Dead Can Dance. 4/10 Too repetitive, and I'm only listening to it because I'm too lazy to press the skip button. Edited February 22, 2006 by Shirahime Quote
Guest Sweet Neodaddy Posted February 22, 2006 Posted February 22, 2006 "The New Workout Plan"- Kanye West. 10/10. This song ties/beats almost all of Eminem's Slim Shady Parodies. For all the aspiring gold-diggers I suggest listening to this song. Quote

Guest Skye Posted February 27, 2006 Posted February 27, 2006 Nas - N.Y. State Of Mind Hmm, I really don't know.. The lyrics are really complex, and the beat is alright. However, I just don't like his vocal delivery that much, I really can't explain it. Most other people I've encountered gives this a 10/10 no question, but I'm gonna have to drop it to a 7 for me. Nappers Posted February 27, 2006 Posted February 27, 2006 (edited) "Brown Eyes" - Kano 8.5/10 One of his better songs, nice to compare how he has developed from when he used to be on pirate radio a few years ago. And my girlfriend loves this song, a harsh critic she is Edited February 27, 2006 by Nappers Quote
Guest Sweet Neodaddy Posted February 28, 2006 Posted February 28, 2006 "Voodoo Child (Slight Return)"- Jimi Hendrix 10/10. It's the 15 minute version, all of it is awesome. Quote
Nappers Posted March 1, 2006 Posted March 1, 2006 "Midnight Show" - The Killers 9/10 One of my fav song on their album Hot Fuss, they were huge in the UK but I heard they werent as popular in the states, but I love them still. Cant wait for their next album Quote
Guest Sweet Neodaddy Posted March 1, 2006 Posted March 1, 2006 They were popular enough. Although, yes, they were bigger in England. But you guys put a ring tone over "Speed of Sound" on your charts. =( "The New Workout Plan (Remix)"- Kanye West ft. Lil Jon & Farnsworth Bentley. 8/10. Quote
Nappers Posted March 2, 2006 Posted March 2, 2006 Ok... I admit... there's nothing I can say to defend that "No Bravery" - James Blunt 9/10 One of my personal fave's on his album 'Back to Bedlum' next to 'Goodbye My Lover'. And he did well to knock off that 'ring-tone' from the top spot of our charts lol, seriously, I have no idea how it was top for a month or so.... Quote
Nappers Posted March 2, 2006 Posted March 2, 2006 "Move On Now" - Hard-FI 8/10 A great track of their first album 'Stars of CCTV', great UK talent, probably won't hit dizzying heights of stardom, but still love em, check em out if you're into the UK scene . Quote
