Guest Zionward Posted February 15, 2006 Posted February 15, 2006 (edited) Note: Only medical cadets are allowed the Nail techniques and only warrior cadets are allowed the Trigger/Ignition techniques. Name: Niruida Kugi Egujitto (Double Nail Exit Technique) Type: Ninjutsu Rank: Gennin Cost: X + 5 (X Being the Cost of the Attack, in Chakra) Effects: Replaces Response Phase dodge roll. Target opponent that attacked this character on their last turn takes damage equal to half the damage they dealt. This character gains Health Power equal to this technique's damage. Reflect damage and Health gained is raised by 25% if the Byakugan is opened. Requirements: Hyuuga Clan Specific; Used during Response Phase. Works only in response to Taijutsu or Ninjutsu. Description: Prior wounded, the user charges the tips of two fingernails with chakra and plunge them into the opponent. Then, the user pulls out a thread of the hostile's stamina or chakra and use it to heal their own wound; the logic being that the energy that hurt them can mend them just as easily. This one of the trademark techniques of the Hyuuga medical shinobi. Name: Yottsu Kugi Kisai (Four Nail Entry Technique) Type: Ninjutsu + Taijutsu Rank: Gennin Cost: X Chakra Times 6 (X being the number of modifiers); Y Stamina Times 5 (Y being the number of modifiers) Effects: Target character loses an amount of Taijutsu modifiers equal to half that character's level. User of this technique gains half of those modifiers added to their Defense and Resistance until the battle ends. If the Byakugan is open, then this technique gains a +10% chance to hit and drains Taijutsu modifiers equal to the target's level. Requirements: Hyuuga Clan Specific; Useable twice a battle. Description: One of the little known techniques perfected by Hyuuga medical shinobi, it is quite sinister when seen in action. The user charges the tips of two fingernails on both hands with chakra and plunges them into the hostile's arms. Pulling the vitality of the muscles below the skin, the medical shinobi gains added protection by syphoning it away. Name: Kaisen Hikigane (Itch Trigger Technique) Type: Taijutsu Rank: Gennin Cost: X - 5 Stamina (X being the cost of the incoming attack) Effect: Replaces Response Phase dodge roll. Damage that would be dealt to the user from the incoming attack is reduced by 25%. This cannot be used in response to Genjutsu. User gains the status of Ready until the end of their next turn. If the Byakugan is open, then this technique reduces the damage by 50%. Requirements: Hyuuga Clan Specific; Used during the Response Phase. Cannot be used against Genjutsu. Description: One of the well-known warrior reflexes of the Hyuuga clan, this is one of their signature techniques. Upon seeing an incoming attack, the user dodges just enough of it to leave a small wound. While it is painful, this leaves them with the time to begin the counter-assault against the hostile. Ready Status Effect: User's next action, if an attack, has a +15% chance to hit and a d6 is rolled. If any odd number turns up, then the attack does 1.5 times its normal damage. This also allows for specified techniques. Lasts until the next action is finished. Name: Tenka Sotsujii (Sudden Ignition Technique) Type: Ninjutsu + Taijutsu Rank: Gennin Cost: X Chakra Times 5 (X being the number of modifiers); Y Stamina Times 6 (Y being the number of modifiers) Effects: Target character loses an amount of Ninjutsu modifiers equal to half that character's level. Description: Similar to one the Hyuuga medical jutsu, but this is however the warrior version of it. Since the warriors are more adept at melee combat, they eliminate one of the more major forms by shutting tenketsu with a few quick jabs. This makes it extremely difficult for the hostile to get any power out of their jutsu and leaves them exposed to the users next assault. Edited February 18, 2006 by Zionward
Azure Posted February 15, 2006 Posted February 15, 2006 i have a question, why throw away all the other hyuuga techs? I meen i don't think all of them should be replaced. Some, yes, but not all. It's just a question and my opinion, that's all
Rei Posted February 15, 2006 Posted February 15, 2006 i have a question, why throw away all the other hyuuga techs? I meen i don't think all of them should be replaced. Some, yes, but not all. It's just a question and my opinion, that's all I don't recall him saying that. If anything he'll remodel them. Off-topic: Grey, are you allowing this guy and the other Hyuuga to keep their characters?
Guest Zionward Posted February 15, 2006 Posted February 15, 2006 To Rei: Thanks for reminding me. The following message is aimed at all Hyuuga Members. You will P.M. me requesting to stay in this clan, further, you will tell me why I should let you stay. And tell me how much you've accomplished as well. Do not whine at me, try to bribe me, or even try to command me to let you stay. Your fate is in my hands, don't be ignorant of that fact. To Raizen: As the head of the Hyuuga clan, I can change just about anything I want about it with staff permission. Further, I'm an excellent technique creator and am improving upon old concepts. Finally, that little post of yours should have been sent via P.M. Technically, that's spam. Oh, did I mention this topic is under construction? It's right there in the main post...
Guest MrSako Posted February 22, 2006 Posted February 22, 2006 (edited) so... the 'under construction' sign is gone... do i take it that you're done for now? EDIT: Boss says Hyuuga is... 'open for business' Edited February 23, 2006 by MrSako
Ironwolf Posted February 27, 2006 Posted February 27, 2006 If the jutsu are ready for approval, then Big M you got mine. Approval No Jutsu
