Yes, I am bored, and I don't feel like posting constructively. This post is meant for a response, and if the feedback is really really good, then maybe I'll make a version of it as a Custom Bloodline for some lucky user out there... or maybe a Cursed Seal of the Monkey?! I suppose I could... I haven't made a Cursed Seal in a long time...

Effect: Gennin-level Ninja may have their tail 'cut off.' Opponent may target tail, base chance to-hit is 50%. If the attack is successful, the character is 'Stunned' for 1 Round and all Stats are at 75% for the duration of the battle. It takes 1 week (real time) for the tail to grow back.

Description: The character has been born with a monkey's tail, a rare mutation that courses through the blood of some individuals. This recessive phenotype is rarely seen, and when it does appear, the tail is surgically removed. However, during times of duress, the tail can grow back. Some would go as far to say that the tail is a source of strength, while others say it is a source of great weakness. It is also interesting to note that individuals with this phenotype usually have either jet black hair, pink hair, and green hair has been reported. All have black eyes.

Requirement: Sealed Genjutsu. May not use any Elemental Jutsu (but may use non-Elemental Jutsu such as Rasengan... and if you decide to make a version that you can fire from long range >_> then...). May not take 'Intestinal Fortitude' or 'Chakra Flow'

Effect: Activate in the Setup Phase. Upkeep Cost is 5% of Chakra to be paid in the Loss Tag Phase. Character's non-tank Stats are boosted by +5% TXP.

Description: The character's hair straightens on end and turns a golden color as the chakra circulation is accelerated.

Cost: 0

Requirement: Level 20. The skill is immediately gained if the character is reduced to 10% Health or an Ally has just been reduced to 0 Health in combat. Character is set to full health, chakra, and stamina the first time this skill is gained.

Restriction: May only activate this skill if facing an opponent of higher Ninja Rank or if reduced to 50% Health.

Effect: Activate in the Setup Phase. Can only be Activated after Rank 2 is Activated. Upkeep Cost is 10% of Chakra to be paid in the Loss Tag Phase. Character's non-tank Stats are boosted by an additional +5% TXP (stacks with Rank 2). The character's minimum to-hit is 20% and opponent's maximum to-hit is 85%.

Description: The character's hair grows out a little longer and sparks of electricity surround them as their power manifests on the physical dimension.

Requirement: Level 30. The skill is immediately gained if Rank 2 of the bloodline is active and the character is reduced to 10% Health or an Ally has just been reduced to 0 Health in combat. Character is set to full health, chakra, and stamina the first time this skill is gained.

Restriction: May only activate this skill if facing an opponent of higher Ninja Rank or if reduced to 50% Health.

Rank 4

Effect: Activate in the Setup Phase. Can only be Activated after Rank 3 is Activated. Upkeep Cost is 15% of Chakra to be paid in the Loss Tag Phase. Character's non-tank Stats are boosted by an additional +5% TXP (stacks with Rank 2,3). The character's minimum to-hit is 25% and opponent's maximum to-hit is 80%.

Description: The character's hair grows out to be about the same length as their body whilst their eyebrows recede, giving them a neanderthalish expression.

Requirement: Level 40. The skill is immediately gained if Rank 3 of the bloodline is active and the character is reduced to 10% Health or an Ally has just been reduced to 0 Health in combat. Character is set to full health, chakra, and stamina the first time this skill is gained.

Restriction: May only activate this skill if facing an opponent of higher Ninja Rank or if reduced to 50% Health.

Rank 5

Effect: Activate in the Setup Phase (may skip activation of Ranks 2 through 4). Upkeep Cost is 5% of Chakra to be paid in the Loss Tag Phase. Character's non-tank Stats are boosted by 20% TXP. The character's minimum to-hit is 30% and opponent's maximum to-hit is 75%.

Description: The character's body is covered in fine, red hair, though it spares the face. The eyes change color, usually to a yellowish or greenish hue, while the hair is a thick, jet black color.

Cost: 0

Requirement: Level 50, username must have the word 'goku, vegeta, gohan, bardock, trunks, goten, bra, brolly, or pan' somewhere in it (for example: ssj4vegeta). Must have Rank 4.

Restriction: May only activate this skill if facing an opponent of higher Ninja Rank or if reduced to 50% Health.

Why a cost of 0: Because it is kind of like a 'Cursed Seal' where you have to fulfill special criteria. Also, the criteria is hella hard to have, because the chakra will most likely run out before the health goes down that low

Why do you have to activate the bloodline in ranks: because you are 'building up' your power... the exception to this is Rank 5 because it is the 'true form' of the Oozaru bloodline.

ah, i'd add a restriction that it can't be used with other bloodlines, and can only be used with the 'Majin' Cursed Seals

this is genius, why, cause you get to have yellow,sparkly hair and electricity around you ^.^, i think they should take this in and make it a bloodline but also cant have anyother bloodline wiht it, and Sako if this would ever work out, then i am so in ^.^

EDIT: And seeing Goku fight sasuke would be pretty funny...... and pretty carzy but i say Goku would win

i know it wouldn't get approved in this form, which is why i posted it in spam, haha... but, do you like the concept of it? i mean, bloodline that builds up in activation rather than all of it activated at once? i always thought that the mangokyou was like that... that you first had to have touropihara and then you can 'bump it up' to mangokyou for a little while since it draws a lot more strength to use, and then power back down...

in any case, i could always change the description and make it seem innocuous... and just have a character be blonde hair, blue eyed who rides on a flying cloud (Holy Nimbus no Jutsu)
