Clan: Kagekuma, but his Great Grandfather is (I don't know yet but I actually PMed a guy from kumo for this. If accepted or if anyone invites me I'll edit the old man accordingly), unknown to him.

Age: 16

~Appearance~

-Height: 6 feet

-Weight: 190 lbs.

-Hair Color: Black, as in Jet Black but with Bright Red highlights.

-Eye Color: A deep sea blue, but he has red contact lenses.

-Clothing:

He wears beach inspired attire with a mixture of gang colors he and his friends ride with which is black and red. He wears dark brown sandals because he loves sandals and wears a black shirt which is split at the sides for maximum cooling and has a red power symbol as a design. You know those symbols when you switch on a computer. He also always wears a dark gray baseball cap with a curved visor and also a power symbol at its top.

He enjoys wearing mostly skater boy denim shorts which are black in color with red sides and highlights. The denim is very thick and very sturdy and he also wears a durag over his cap with also a power symbol on it. He wears a long belt of thick and sturdy cloth similar to those worn by most skaters. Soon after his great grandfather died he gave him a head protector which he treated as nothing more than an accessory so he ripped out its cloth and merged it with his durag.

He liked the cloud symbol on it though but he tinted it with red instead. He also likes to wear red rectangular shades and is always seen with a skateboard in hand, a white bracelet made of braided shoelaces, and a ring that can be split into to. The other half of the ring used to be with his ex girlfriend before he found her cheating on him.

Physical Description:

Blake loves his black hair. It's mostly of the flat top cut but it's been three months since his last hair cut so it's a bit lengthier than the usual flat top. He had it dyed with red highlights though while he was hanging with his friends in Bird Country. Stubs of facial hair have been growing on his chin and upper lip; they are slightly darker than most kids his age though, but not that attractive yet. He doesn't shave them regularly so they make him look dirty; especially the sideburns that have started to grow. He has a well tanned complexion from most of his days spent under the sun and skateboarding. He has strong jawline and a sly smile.

Story/Background:

His Father is mostly Bird Country in heritage while his mom is from Kumo. Being that their mom's grandfather, their great grandfather, came from Kumo. Their great grandfather moved in with them after his wife died and amazed the shit out of Blake and his toddler siblings at how come the guy wasn't dead yet at 114 years of age.

Kagekuma clan also happens to be a powerful crime family in Bird Country that makes most of its profits from illegal gambling, underground streetfights among ordinary folk, never nin, and smuggling. Their father is a third cousin of the current crime boss, Saito but has since distanced himself from their way of life, preferring a peaceful and simple life with his wife and kids.

He hold an accounting job in a large shipping company in the Capital City while their mother, Hanate, works as a hotel manager. Blake and his two younger brothers, Jin and Sonza, are left pretty much under their Great Grandfather's care a huge amount of the time. Their parents are distanced from them due to their jobs so this makes them aloof to Blakes action in their absence. This has allowed Blake to pursue his juvenile activities.

He spends most of his time skipping school and riding with his friends, The Board Brothers, skateboarders doing petty criminal acts. These include banging every girl stupid enough to let them, smoking weed, stealing stuff, and finally, Illegal Streetfighting. Blake has had a deep love for fighting and his delinquency, due naturally to his Kagekuma heritage which his father has renounced. He still doesn't even know though that he is related to the very family that sponsors most of the fights he and his friends participate in.

Their Great Grandfather on the other hand had tried deperately to set Blake on the right track. The old man, who was a Jounin back in Hidden Cloud, tried to pass on their nin heritage to them. Blake didn't take these lessons seriously though so he only learned the basics, but never put them to use. He didn't want to be a shinobi, just wanted to stay as he is, a streetfighter and a skater. The old man could do nothing about his hardheadedness, and his honor did not let him tell on his parents.

He saw in this far descendent a powerful warrior with much potential, he just needed a medium to set his path straight and didn't know how. Telling on him would just alienate the boy even more from him. Blake learned the proficient use of chains during these years too, something the streetfights allowed him to learn. Here the chains and his skateboard soon became his favorites in combat.

Blake stayed a streetfighter learning the principles and the styles ever since he first participated at the age of 11. He was first trained vigorously though by The Board Brothers' leader Gaigoku though for three years after joining the group before he was ever permitted to join a real fight with his weight and age bracket. He proved to be very powerful as both a tactical fighter and in physical prowess. His Great Grandfather was always watching in every fight he ever fought but was never known to him.

This cemented the old man's view that he had great potential. Again his grandfather tried to teach him even chakra control, but he only played with the tutorials choosing to apply it to his no holds barred fighting principles. This increased his fighting prowess even more, merging his chakra with his fighting he developed a stronger form of no holds barred fighting and steadily practiced chakra control and flow on his own, but not the nin way.

This caused the greatest disappointment in his Great Grandfather's heart, his heretical use of the nin way in illegal streetfighting. Yet his silence was still kept.

The years passed and Blake stayed on his criminal path, stealing stuff and claiming them as his own, went through one girlfriend and broke up, and all the way continuin his streetfighting and

skateboarding lifestyle.

Then something really fucked up his life a couple of months after turning sixteen. He made a bet he lost and couldn't repay easily. Such a bet was expensive and he needed the money desperately, numbering at 50,000 he was far beyond desperate, he was panicking.

His posse coulnd't help him, and the debtors, The Kagekuma Clan debt collectors were breathing down his neck, prepared to make him pay in any way possible. He fled hom to his old man whom he knew had lots of money stashed away somewhere. He was prepared to make anydeal with the man, but sorrow was his. The bastard died on his way home.

He was dumbstruck, silent for several weeks, even during the funeral. Then it was when the old man's will was read that his life lightened up. The will said that 90,000 was to be inherited to him, but only if, he moved to Kumo. His mother was delighted, eager to send him to her home town to learn about his heritage. What his parents didn't know about though, was the hidden part of the will, the part where inly he could hear.

The will said that unless he joined the Nin Academy and became a Chuunin the money would never be his. He hated that old man from that day forth. He had no choice, he had to follow or else he was dead. He made a deal with his debtors, allowing him time to finish the iwll, but the debt was raised to 80,000 as insurance. So on he went to Kumo, to a village they called Hidden Cloud, to take on the his Great Grandfather's will and get his life back.

Little does he know that his great grandfather planned all this out before his death pleading with his nephew, in a written letter, to take in the boy and at least try his best to lead him in the right track. The old man hopes that in Kumo Blake may be more susceptible to change and will finally set his life right.

Personality:

He is the typical teenage asshole who loves his fun you's and motherfuckers, this means he loves saying vulgar things. He's sarcastic with his jokes and has fine tuned the ability to say them without even the hint of a smile, and he also drinks beer sometimes when riding with his friends but never ever touches the ciggs he calls deathsicks. He also smokes weed once in a while but never was addicted to it like some of his friends are.

He's a good guy to go with anyway but just be careful not to get angry with his attitude and inherent perversions. He's a delinquent asshole with no respect for authority, the elderly, law enforcement, and government officials. More often than not he gets into trouble with these elements.

Likes:

He has deep love for vandalism, porn, and sechs, don't forgot boobs. This will also include booze, sometimes weed, and his skateboard. He also has this habit of making those of the opposite sechs really irritated by him.

Dislikes: He hates high society, the rich, the man, his Great Grandfather, and authorities.

And that is it. I'm also hoping to develop a personal jutsu, modifying jutsu that use shurikens with his skateboard.

How much do chains cost? And can they act as armor if wrapped around a bodypart?

Hr brought items yet he has the starting cash, weird. Before Na's spam community hits your sheet its best if you subtract the price for every items. There's no written law on ‘stolen' item though I'm sure they're not permitted or a case-by-case situation.

I'm willing to subtract but I'm still waiting out for the prices of the items he has because the items he has are not avilable at the shop or are unique to him. Unless you guys have a price for said items already just tell me and I'll change it accordingly. Or maybe I can just start him at 0 balance to further his roleplayability.

You have -2 for Quick Learner so I can only assume that you mean that you have 2 ranks in this skill. You should be made aware that Ranks in skills can only be taken once every 5 levels and thus you can only have rank 1 Quick learner from creation.
