It is marked as one of the first time the World Leaders had come together since the fall of the [[Kumogakure Empire]],~~ as well as ~~the the first known appearance of the supernatural creatures known as [[Yokai]]~~.		The Arrakis Ninja Arts Tournament was an all-rank event held in the city of [[Arrakis]] during the Winter of 2015. It featured shinobi from all the great Shinobi Nations as well as Denchi no Kuni.
