			The standard IAF uniform consists of a short green jacket with gold undershirt, khaki-colored pants and kneehigh brown boots. Lapels on the shoulders display rank, with the assigned ship's insignia located on the left sleeve. It is most commonly worn by the Recruit and Airman ranks, as Officer's and Admirals will often opt to wear the more formal dress uniform that their rank privileges them to, if they wear a uniform at all.
