	Kobushi was, at one time, a prodigal gymnast who was set to represent [[Hi no Kuni]] on the international stage. Tragically, he fell on his head and ~~was profoundly disabled~~. A shadow of his former self, he can no longer walk, control his bowels or speak. Kobushi's medical needs have devastated his family financially and emotionally. Nevertheless, they treat him with kindness and love. His sister, [[Hiragi]], even dropped her promising career as a dancer to research Medical Ninjutsu in the hopes of curing him.
