	Adustum grew up in Otogakure no Sato in the Country of Rice Fields. She had a relatively happy childhood with a single mother and her two older siblings, Resumo Brash and Resumo Leira. As she grew up however, Adustum would become more and more aware of the lengthening shadow that her brother Brash was casting on herself and her sister, Leira. Born with natural whitish blonde hair that tied the three siblings together, the villagers would often refer to the children as "Brash and the girls" or "Brash's sisters". Though a talented child herself, learning to manipulate fire chakra at the age of eight even before her sister could form an element, Adustum was still overlooked. Wherever Adustum went she was recognized for her hair and was told how proud people were of her brother, whom was the youngest Jounin ranked ninja in their village at fifteen. Adustum, in a fury, died her hair a deep midnight black, causing a sharp contrast between her and her siblings. 	Adustum is a rebelious and proud soul, always deepling loathing the shadow that was cast by Brash over herself and her sister.
