	Really the only place in the country that can be called a city, Imil is a bustling port with a massive dock that stretches for at least a kilometer on the shores of the ''Hokkai''. Because of the difficulty found in crossing the mountain passes between Yuki and Tsuchi, these docks are the major launching and landing point for about 85% of all of the countries imported and exported goods. It is also a popular haunt for pirates, illegal immigrants, disgraced NCIA soldiers and corrupt shinobi officers. Imil is about 10km down river from the capital of Hyouden and is the first stop for goods going to the city from outside the nation. From Hyouden goods travel by railroad across the massive tundras of the country.
