Flippant and flirtatious, Kai often seems to missing the brain/mouth filter, resulting in him saying exactly what he thinks. Because of his loud, rambunctious, and often offensive behavior, very people see Kai as the Jounin and Commander that he is capable of being, under his lighthearted and carefree nature.
