-A civilian architect currently living in Metropolis, Kuroki Micah has spent most of his life as a nondescript member of the Tsuchi no Kuni white-collar class. Educated at the University, Micah's social circles are generally among the intellectual and working elite of the Capital, where he has eked out a comfortable living lending his services to civilian projects. A strong supporter of [[Daniel Hallows]], Micah has long held a disparaging view of the shinobi system even before the [[NCIA]], the less Micah has to do with shinobi forces the better. This, alongside other "philosophical differences" often put him at extreme odds with his younger bother [[Kuroki Malachi|Kai]].  Their relationship could be described at "strained" as best, though Micah remains one of the few blood relatives that Kai is on speaking terms with.
