Their habitat is marked by gravity defying clifftops and waterfalls, as well as the fathomless ocean that lays beneath their aerial islands. Ninja Affiliation
The contract for the Misago is traditionally held by the Namikaze of Mizu no Kuni, though it is relationship of mutual trust and friendship versus any kind of hereditary obligation or expectataion. The Misago and the Kirian Namikaze share many similar traits, and as such the partnership has continued for generations even if it is by no means the 'rule'. Just as some Namikaze have opted to sign contracts with other Summoning Families, it is not unheard of for a Misago to offer their allegiance to a shinobi not of Kirian or Namikaze origin.
