Clothing: High collared, khaki colored jacket, zipped halfway up that reveals a crew-neck, mesh undershirt piece. The sleeves of the jacket are rolled up between his elbows and his shoulders, and he has white bandages wrapped around each elbow that help keep the sleeves up. It is made of a loose material, and falls just below his waistline, while the mesh shirt is form fitting and stops at his waistline. On the back is a red, embodied emblem of Konoha. He wears a thick, white sash tied up as a belt, with the loose end dangling down past his left knee. He has mud brown pants with a shiruken holster on his left knee and black sandals.
Physical Description: Wairo is lithe and agile. Nimble but strong. His skin has a slight reddish hue to it, but is otherwise tan.

History

Wairo comes from a family of Konohanin. Though not a real clan, the Shirousagi have served the village for generations. Growing up his family had put a lot of pressure on him, seeing his natural abilities as their possible salvation for their lack of recognition. Until that point, the ninja in their family were mediocre at best. He enjoyed the constant praise and admiration he received from his family, and that pushed him to continue to do more and train harder. His father heralded him as "the Prodigy of the Shirousagi", and he did his best to teach him all he could.

During the Kumogakure Invasion when Wairo was just a child, the Shirousagi fought with the legitimate clans within Konoha. The clan leaders called their involvement a hindrance, some even claiming that they lead to the Village's defeat. Wairo's father was subject to much criticism. He was a grown man, yet still only a Gennin. His mother and brother received lesser criticisms to a degree, with both of them being capable medicalnin.

When he entered the academy, Wairo had to continually fight for recognition, something he was not used to. Despite his skills, he was often passed over for in favor of his classmates, usually ones from prominent clans. Wairo could never escape his family name, and envy began to fill the emptiness that praise had left. Envy of his classmates names, and hatred towards his own. He would learn that during the initial Kumo invasion, his father was severely injured, and his mother and brother both had to work in order to save his life. He resented his mother and brother after that. If they had let his father die an honorable death, maybe they could all escape the fate of the Shirousagi, but instead they are bound to an image of cowardice and ineptitude. He disowned his father and mother once he graduated from the academy, telling his father truthfully that he had already surpassed him in ability. He know seeks to grow stronger and prove himself worthy and gain the recognition he feel he rightfully deserves for his skills.
